Jace stopped and looked back at Hope then continued to walk.

"Fine! Let me care for my sister alone!" Hope growled, suddenly stopping, and covering her mouth with her paws. "Oops, I wasn't suppose to say that." she whispered.

Jace growled slightly but didnt turn around and continued to walk.

Hope sighed. "I don't know what I see in you, but I still love you." she whispered to herself, watching Jace as he walked away.

Bear walked over at sat down next to Tundra. "She is our Alpha? I was kind of hoping that joining a pack would give me a reason to stay away from her..." He shrugged and nudged her with his nose. "Wake up, Tundra.." He said softly. Then he turned around and limped back to Kite, glad that he didn't have to show off to his "Alpha" anymore. He nodded at her and smiled, licking her forehead.

Kite smiled happily and licked his nose softly "I love you too." she said softly.

Jace went to the lake and slowly took a drink then he sat down and looked at his reflection, thinking.

Hope looked at Bear, hoping he hadn't heard what she said. "Why stay away from her?" she asked, but he had already left.

Tundra opened her eyes. "Me, Alpha?" she asked, looking up at her sister that she didn't even know existed.

Bear smiled, relieved. (EEWW!!! i had to cut off this post because my cat sprayed snot all over me!! EEWWWW!!!!!)

Kite smiled back and her eyes brighten with happiness.
