Tortoisepaw looked back and drooped his tail, his tail dragging behind him. He padded outside and looked to the sky, "How do I know what feels right... and what is wrong?" He said aloud, looking to the stars.

Night paw heard him, quietly she got up and went to him "You don't. You have to trust yourself though, I was wrong to take my family to the big oak tree, but I didn't know, and wit though any of that happening, I wouldn't be here now"She meowed, she leaned against him "But you're not always right, maybe it's good, you know, so that every thing happens with balance"She said looking at the sky

Tortoisepaw looked over still silent, he stared at his paws, "They'll never forgive me, Leopardkit will hate me forever, and be scared of me. Theres nothing left for me to be happy for... except-" He stopped suddenly and sighed, pinning his ears back, he didn't intend of talking on the subject anymore, "Go ahead and get some rest." He said softly.

"Aww but we wont go far! I promise!" Leopardkit mewed.

She nudged him "Their is always forgiveness" she mewed "Now make your nest! You need sleep too"She scolded, then purred "You know, you aren't as bad as I thought" and with that she curled into her nest, and fell asleep

Tortoisepaw pricked his ears, and smiled brightly, he made a soft nest of grass, and fell asleep.

Tortoisepaw awoken and ran out, catching a few mice. He set them by her and curled up by his nest, waiting for her to awaken.
