“You bet I do!” he chirped, turning around fully with a flick of the ear. Even with this simple movement, his muscles rippled under his fur.
“You wanna hear it?” The older tom leaned close, right next to her ear…and then nipped at it, growling.
“Stay out of my face.”

Moonpaw growled under her breath "Fine, grumpy paws" before wandering over to her mentor "So what are we doing today?" she asked trying to keep a cheerfull tone in her voice

Rustlepaw flicked his tail-half lazily. He'd never seemed to have much care for other cats, unless he was figuring out ways to get at their throat. And while that was good for defence of the clan....well, that was really all it was good for.
