Jerome heard the bark. Completely abandoning Dixie, he leaped out of the truck, barking. He didn't want to be rough with Riley, so he didn't tackle her. His tail wagged as he began to sniff her, as she smelled different.

Jerome finished up sniffing her. "In a few weeks, you'll be an aunt, Ri." he said. He couldn't contain his happiness to see her, so he shuddered when he sat before her.

Riley smiled "well that's great." she said, returning the friendly lick. She thumped her tail against the floor and smiled "where's Dixie?" she asked, as the big Rottie came bursting into the barn. "Ri!" she howled, sliding to a stop by Jerome. She Panted heavily as her Tlingit lolled out the side of her mouth. Riley chuckled and licked her too, slowly standing up "have you too been behaving yourselves?" she asked, inquizzativly.

"Probably not." he replied, referring to her question.

Riley chuckled "your probably right..." she said. She wagged her tail. "Imma go see Alex... She has no idea I'm here." she added, before she began to slowly walk towards the girl's cabin.

Dixie sighed and watched her friend slowly walk away "she looks even worse than last time..." she whispered to Jerome.

Alex was making her some lunch in the cabin.

"Yeah, I know. But now she's here, and if anyone tries to touch her I'll rip their throat out." he replied rather jokingly, but if someone did try to hurt the old Retriever he would definitely be kicking some tail.

Rusty looked around and fallowed riley he was bored and no one wanted to talk to him except her

Riley Looked at Rusty "hi there." she said., flicking her tail... Which rather hurt, but oh well.

Dixie nodded "i bet you would." she chuckled. She laid down and looked at her stomach "I can't wait:." she mumbled and laid her head on her paws.

Jerome laid down beside her, poking her stomach constantly with his nose. He didn't know why, but it felt good to be harassing someone.
