Batpaw shifted slightly at his mentor silence, before a soft sigh escaped him. He lifted his milky eyes to where he assumed his mentor to be, his namesake ears flickering forward. "Nothing except wait... what else can I do? I'm blind, and even if I wasn't this event must've happened moons ago." The medicine cat apprentice sighed, playing with the dirt before him as he began speaking once more. "And when the dream ended this time, there wasn't just a yowl... I saw claws. Then it went black." Looking as his mentor, the tom lowered his voice. "Do I have scars over my eyes, Windtail?"

The medicine cat sighed, staring towards the apprentice."No.." He mumbled quietly and picked up his moss."Let´s just get back to Camp. We need to give out the traveling herbs for tonights gathering." He meowed through the moss and began to pad away, back towards Camp.

[yeeee.]

{Okay.}

Batpaw tilted his head, considering asking again but barely holding his tongue. Standing up, he nodded, and padded after Windtail. After a few seconds, the apprentice decided to do something unfathomable; he actually tried to change the subject to something positive. "What's a gathering like?" he mewed, his tone slightly more upbeat than usual. Will they stare at me because I'm blind?

"Well, they are usually calm and welcoming. We get to sit along other medicine cats and share news with them. Then, all four leaders begin to report about how their Clans doing." He meowed, calmling lightly as they enterd Camp."I´ll go put the moss away. Why don´t you go hand out RavenStars herbs?" He meowed, carefully taking the moss from BatPaw.

Batpaw tried to envision what it was like. Then, unable to stop thinking about it, he mewed "Will we talk about Pebblestep's death? And warn them that the killer is still free?" For once, he was distracted, perhaps even a tad nervous. His milky eyes wandered the den in their erratic way, before he began sniffing about searching for the proper herbs.

"We won´t say a word about that. Besides, the killer is dead, remember? IvyWine chased the killer out of Camp, where she killed them." He meowed and placed the moss into a safe spot, before picking up some of the traveling herbs he had prepared."Now, go get that pack of herbs to RavenStar. And don´t get disratced." He meowed before padding out of the den towards the nursery.

[Knuckles the Echidna]

Grainclaw watched her kit stand up and smiled. (If cats can do that?) "You're going to be good while I'm gone tonight, right? You have to watch over your brothers and sisters, their eyes haven't opened yet."

"I wasn't told. Snailpaw told me she assumed the loner dead, but I don't listen to assumptions that often," Batpaw stated, before biting his tongue and nodding. "I will." Picking it up carefully in his maw, the lean ebony tom padded out of the den and padded towards Ravenstar, only to realize she was dining with Leopardfur. Sitting in the shade nearby, the apprentice decided to wait, not wanting to intervene unless summoned.

"What? But where are you going!?" She asked, shocked.

He poked his head inside the nursery."Ah, GrainClaw just in time. I came to drop by the traveling herbs." He meowed and dropped a pack of herbs before his attention went to RabbitKit."One of the has already opend her eyes?" He asked, quite surprised.

Her ears flicked at BatPaws pawsteps. Hearing the ebony tom not moving forward, she lifted her head, looking towards the apprentice."You can come over BatPaw. I don´t bite." She purred lightly.

[Knuckles the Echidna]

"Yeah!" She purred, replying to Windtail. She turned back to Rabbitkit and said in a gentle voice, "I'll just be gone for the night. I'm going to this place called the gathering, where our clan and 3 others go to share tongues and news. Don't worry, you won't be here alone, Patchedpelt will look after you and your siblings."
