Marrow sniffed the air before bolting into the nursery. "What's going on?" The Dreamer asked frantically.

Akira's ears flicked. This was similar to what she had gone through, but Winter's belly was more swollen than hers had been. Akira jumped hard as yet another she-wolf bolted into the nursery. Akira couldn't take much more. She was on the verge of passing out.

[Cat!]

Akira jumped yet again at the sudden yowl of pain beside her, and her nerves just couldn't take it any more. Her vision faded to black and she crumpled to the floor, unconcious.

Shard shook off the shock that had caused him to freeze up. He raced to Nikie's den. "Nikie! There is a strange wolf here, and she's giving birth!" He exclaimed.
