Darkpaw was lifted into the air, writhing and spitting. He released his claws out of Tigerfrost but his claws woudn't dislodge out of Tigerfrost's eye.

Windtalon muttered something in his sleep and he moved his wounded shoulder. Scarflight turned to him and gently flitted he fluffy tail over him. "Your fine now Windtalon. Your fine." she said in a soft voice. He muttered something again but Scarflight understood this time. He had said, "Snaketooth." Scarflight's eyes watered and her heart felt heavy. She turned to look into the clearing where Leafstar sat alone holding vigil for Snaketooth. They had been close. She had also sent all available paws on watch or to bed. There would be alot of new patrols now. The clan was scarred and Leafstar felt things were spiraling out of control. She had asked Scarflight for advice and Scarflight had no real answer. Scarflight stared down at her paws. StarClan hadn't contacted her at all. She could feel Leafstar's deep faith in them start to waver. Such bad things were happening. There weren't enough cats to keep the clan going.

TigerFrost hissed as the Apprentce's claws were becoming dislodeged. SoulFire gently put DarkPaw down and she tried to gently dislodge his claws from Tigerforst's eye. IcePaw watched, frozen.

FeatherKit and NightKit ran outside the nursery and they tackled each other. " get off!" NightKit said as FeatherKit pinned him on the ground. " no way!" she said.

Darkpaw's claws flicked out. He shook his paw blood splattering the ground around him.

Rosepetal heard them fighting and ran outside. "Come inside kits." She meowed quietly. Her eyes were focused on Leafstar and Snaketooth in the middle of the clearing.

TigerFrost stood up still hissing. SoulFire looked from TigerFrost to DarkPaw then back again. TigerFrost's eye was badly damadged and he coldn't see out of it. He was blind in one eye. TigerFrost turned and bounded away occasionallt hitting something along the way. Soulfire sighted. " You fought well, but i'm not sure causing blindness was the answer." she said to DarkPaw. IcePaw walked over and she sat next to Soulfire. But she said nothing.

FeatherKit got off of NightKit and she walked into the nursery Nightkit slowly following.

Darkpaw ignored Soulfire but turned his dark glare onto Icepaw. "Sad about your little friend?" he spat.

Rosepetal followed them inside where Jaggedkit was sharpening his claws on a rock and Mosskit and Frostkit tried to sneak up on each other.

IcePaw glared at him. " who asked you?!" she snapped. " Your one to talk. your sad about WindTalon and SnakeTooth right?!" she said. " You why can't I be sad about TigerFrost?!" she said. SoulFire glared at them both. " that's enough both of you! I've had enough alright!" she said.

FeatherKit and NightKit walked in quietly

Darkpaw ignored Soulfire and walked forwards bumping back. "There my clan mates! That's a rogue on our territory. And your SPYING for him!" Darkpaw snarled his gleaming fangs close to Icepaw's face. He thought of what he must look like then. His paws and black pelt soaked in blood. Half crazed eyes and a patch of fur missing, not a pretty sight.

IcePaw didn't flinch. She looked at him right in the eyes. " You don't understand. I am NOT HIS SPY!" she said calmly. " I NEVER was! He's been meeting me at the most unexpected times. And I have to tell him. I've had trouble fitting into this clan and your not helping. Ever sense I joined, I have felt uneasy. Snaketooth was the first cat I saw. I was attached to him aswell." she spat. " Now I suggest you drop the subject." she said. SoulFire had had enough. She stepped in between them and she swatted them with a paw, claws sheathed. " Knock it off! we had a job to do. If you want ForestClan to regain it's strength. I am not certain but there maybe a war coming up! so lets get a move on!" she said angrily.

FeatherKit and NightKit walked over to JaggedKit, MossKit, and FrostKit. " hiya!" FeatherKit said. NightKit smiled.

Darkpaw wrinkled his nose as her paw hit him. "She said she was joining him!" Darkpaw spat. "He threatened your kits too. Or do you care?"

"Featherkit!" Frostkit meowed running away form Mosskit who almost had pounced on her. "Hi!" Mosskit said from his sprawled position on the ground. Jaggedkit looked up and then went back to sharpening his claws.
