Hoero paced by the door, whining and barking. She had to pee really bad, and both Seth and Steph were doing something. She sat down and pawed the locked doggy door before letting out a deep howl.

Orenji nickered at her daughter, calling her back over. The ebony filly began to nurse as Orenji grazed.

Orenji looked up for a moment, not stopping her grazing. Her eyes lowered again as she got a mouthful of grass. She lifted her head, playfully letting the grass land on Umi's rump and back.
