He nodded. "Of course I want to help you, Sparkpaw." he rolled his eyes. "After all, then there's a less chance you will get sick. But if you don't want me, it's fine." Gaypaw Graypaw tried using the guilt trick.

"Actually, I do want you. However, my better judgement says that if I want you then I should protect you." I said matter of factly. "And anyway, there's a chance that I'll build up an immunity to it..." Of course, that was blind optimism, but I didn't tell him that.

Graypaw sighed.. "Fine, I won't help you. I'll just sit around camp being bored out of my mind." Graypaw meowed, trying to make her feel bad for him so that he could come along.
