Pebblerun nodded. " If I find him, I will lead him to you." She promised. " Now, let's get you to Shiverwhisker." She added. Once they were in the camp, she slowed. " Shiverwhisker!" She yowled.

"Thank StarClan! Something to do!" Shiverwhisker muttered under his breath, leaping to his laws and grabbing a bundle of herbs and running out of the den. "Yes?" he meowed, voice muffled by the plants. He saw Wolfpaw's wounds and instantly started asking her what, how, and when this happened.

Pebblerun looked over at Shiverwhisker. " We were in a fight with Grinner and his allies. Wolfpaw was doing well, but I don't think she had totally healed because the bone snapped. Can you help her?" She asked.

(That-that's so terrible... ;~; I watched a cat get hit and die right in front of me... the cat staggered across the road and died at my feet... I was about 6..)
"Of coarse. Of coarse. Bring her to my den. I can set the bone there and get it well wrapped with what we have left." he meowed, glad to finally have a patent. He bounded off to his den to ready her a nest and get the herbs needed. He'd talk more with Pebblerun about injuries there.

Wolfpaw smiled softly, leaning so Pebblerun could hear her only.
"Thank you. I am in debt."
Straightening up, she nodded, louder.
"Yes; my bone was never tended to and it practically fell apart when a rogue attacked me. Pebblerun came to my defense, but it was too late when I pivoted on it."

"Well, I'll get your bone healed up, it'll take well over two moons, though. If it's as bad you two say it is." Shiverwhisker meowed, motioning to a nest for her. He vanished in the back, getting the needed herbs before appearing moments later.

Pebblerun moved closer so Wolfpaw could lean more on her. " No, you aren't. We all have to help each other." She murmured. She moved to help the apprentice to the den.
