Wolfpaw frowned.
"Yeah, I guess so. I just was curious, because with everything with my leg, and then my mentor not training me..." She let a small sigh out.
"I guess its more of worry of me never becoming a warrior, and losing Duskpaw and Pistac-" She broke off, quickly acting like the last name didn't exist. "Like I did my brother. He never became a warrior; died before the fire."

The Senior Warrior nodded, following the fellow Warrior's gaze.
"Yeah he does, doesn't he? Ah, the days of an apprentice." She smiled, standing up.
"That sounds like a fun lesson." Sorreldash opened her mouth briefly, checking the weather; nothing was out of the ordinary.
"Nah, I think it'll be one of those simple patrols. Good thing, too; we haven't had one of these in a while." She stood up, tilting her ears slightly in question.
"Where should we head off to first to check?"

Sweetkit sat near the medicine den, playing with a leaf. The kit still was working up coordination, and wasn't up to bothering her mother after how her siblings now were progressing.

Sunpelt raked his claws across the raccoon's side again before leaping back. He hissed at it, but made sure he was in front of Azula.

( Sorry about your dog, Tii. Hopefully you aren't in school anymore. In 7th grade, my very old cat started having convulsions. My mom had to take her to be put down. I had gone to school early and didn't know about it. Lucky for me, my brother found me that morning and told me at school she had basically died. So I had to suffer the whole day with that knowledge.)

Pebblerun looked over at the apprentice. They were just a few paw steps from the entrance. " Wolfpaw, I can't answer all of your doubts right now. But, I do know that you haven't lost Duskpaw, not yet. Hopefully, Shiverwhisker will be in his den. Now, lets continue into camp." She meowed as she started forward again.

Wolfpaw gave another sigh.
"Its not just Duskpaw I'm worried about losing. I'm losing myself, and I don't know why. StarClan can't help me." She gave a forced shrug.
"I guess it's nothing. Hopefully Shiverwhisker can help me; but can you promise me something, please?" She continued to limp towards the camp, not relying as much on her deputy, learning to hobble better through the pain.

Frostwing followed them quietly, looking around to make sure that she'd be sleeping in a comfortable place. Paws kneeding into the soft ground, the white feline layed down and curled into a tight ball, wrapping her tail around herself until the tip settled upon her pink nose. Doing this made her realize how tired and worn out she actually was, yet it also brought back the realization that she was away from the clan. At first she was reluctant to be a joined clan, but now she'd love to be sleeping among them in the Warrior's Cat Den.

Wolfpaw paused in speech for a few moments, before very softly mewing to the deputy,
"If you ever find one and I am still in the medicine den, can you let them see me? My friend Pistachio. I promised to see him again, but I never did. Can you let him see me if they ever return? Pistachio must thing I abandoned him, but I never did. I never could get anyone to help me to find him. If he is ever found, could you tell him his Wolfpaw misses him and wishes to see him?"

Shiverwhisker, the not at all busy cat he was, was sorting herbs for the umpteenth time that day. He sighed irritably, wishing for something to do. "It was much different back in my mountain. Everyone was always getting hurt and such." he meowed, tail swishing over the ground.
