"I wasn't expecting to see anyone here." Gomi said with a lazy flick of his tail, before heading towards the berry trees that he had been eyeing up. Plucking the juicy berry from the tree, he holds it delicately under one arm as he continues to pick the tree. He makes sure not to take every berry, after all, it takes a while for the them to grow back, and they will need some for the coming days.

"Early mornin' is usually quiet. It's nice."

Aveva was still sat in her nest, blinking the sleep from her eyes. She'd still be asleep if it weren't for how noisy her denmates were, but alas. A sigh made its way out of her mouth as her ears draped lazilly over her face, the lopunny pushing herself up onto her paws and drowsilly making her way out of the den.

"It's more that I'm waiting for him to take over watching the clan. Imagine it as you swapping spots or patrolls with someone." Altair tossed what was left of the berry into his mouth, swallowing before answering the mienshao's question. "It just makes me feel better I suppose. Never did grow out of that whole 'night-time paranoia' phase we all had when we were young."

"Eh, I'd be fine. I earned my razor claw when I was younger for a reason!" Sora grinned, baring her claws just for effect before they slumped down again. "I'll stay in camp, don't worry. If somethin' happens that needs my attention though I'm off. Deal?"

Orris gave the zangoose a final, fleeting look before letting the river's current lazilly drag him to where the berry tree was nestled. "Mm, I get that. 'Course I like hustle 'n bustle sometimes, but ya gotta relax every now and again." After eyeing them up for a breif moment Orris snapped his jaws around the few berries that had fallen into the water. The salazzle wasn't lying; these 'morning' ones did honestly taste better.

Seabreeze was sleeping in the clan’s pond like she has done every night for so many moons, with her neck curled so that her head could rest on her shell, the gentle bobbing of her body in the water soothed her as she sleep. The warm morning sun on her scales as Seabreeze began to wake had her in a good mood as her eyes slowly opened. She looked sleepily over at the shining red gyarados that had greeted her, lifting her head and stretching out her neck, yawning softly before she responded. “Morning, Mondo” her voice was soft as she smiled, thinking of the pups she was carrying “they’ve been rather calm this morning, it would be nice if they stayed that way..” she wasn’t as young as she used to be, and she couldn’t deny the strain the pups put on her body. But raising pups had given her a new purpose and life, and now that Bud was off in the apprentice’s den, she needed the joy her new pups brought her more than ever…

Marvin was beginning to wake, wriggling and stretching his serpent-like body within his little spot within the apprentice’s den. The den is furnished with soft foliage, acting as beds for the pokemon in training, yet Marvin had made his own personal bed in the form of a little muddy hole it had dug at the very edge of the den. It completely ruined the perfect symmetry of the den, but Marvin had felt quite proud of itself for it’s cozy mudbed.

He wriggled around in the mudbed a bit more before stretching up and swimming out of bed, floating a bit off the ground. “Gooooodd morning Aquaclan!!!!” They shouted enthusiastically, ready for another day. He turned his head to the ball of black and red fur curled in the soft apprentice nest and floated over to him. “Helloh there Zoru!!! Are ya ready for another wonderful day??” They leaned down a bit, their face a bit too close to Zoru’s. Marvin…never really figured out what ‘personal space’ meant.

Between the shuffling of activity outside, the booming voice of Helios echoing throughout the clan, and the loud enthusiastic voice of Marvin, sleeping in was simply impossible for the agitated Ivysaur. They groaned and shifted in their foliage bedding, shooting a glare to the two other apprentices in the den and letting out a low, annoyed growl.

AQUA CLAN

He looked at the forager before turning back to the Houndoom "Actually I wanted to ask you? As you know Zoru's mentor got missing two days ago and I don't want him to stay behind too long so do you mind taking him as your apprentice?" he asked the patroller.

Maya - female - forager - Mienshao - crush is open - tags: Altrair
She looked at him, with the light of her shoulders "'night-time paranoia? Oh, I see, I don't remember ever having anything like that...I kind of like nighttime, except that it's can be very kind of boring...and felt forever..." she said. Her eyes turned to the leader there "well Zoro is over there already..." she mentioned the Zoroark with the Houndoom.

Zoru - male - patroller apprentice - Zorua - crush is open - tags: Marvin
He flattered his ears after the call of the other apprentice, turning to look for the waker "no need to be so noisy at the very beginning Marvin, some of us are still tired for the night" he spoke up. He looked at him rather annoyed "little distance, please...we're not a couple" he said to the fish pokemon. He sighed looking elsewhere rather grumpy "I don't know if this will become a wonderful day or not...Without a mentor, I can't do anything...except stay in the camp" he responded.

Daiyamondo "mondo" - male - elder - Shiny Gyarados - crush is none - tags: Seabreeze
The large Gyarados looked at another not-so-small water-type of pokemon "Hmm, that's good...are you spoke to the Mallory about when the due time will be?" he asked the Lapras. His eyes turned to the nursery "wondering what kind of pokemon those little ones of your will be...maybe they could become great playmates to Alexander...the poor thing is the only kit at the nursery right now and I can see that rather lonely and boring" he said.

FLORA CLAN
Tarot - female - patroller - Zangoose - crush is open - tags: Orris, Gomi
She looked around the line where the river ended and the forest started to Floraclan "oh well have a nice day then...Aquaclanner...and Gomi doesn't eat all the berries before you get back to camp" she joked looking at the Salazzle. She then sighed "well I need to continue my little patrols, to see a place...which is the riskiest in our lands" she spoke up almost whispering 'yeah that part of the forest where our borders end and the land of nobody starts...there could be some loners rooming around...' she thought to herself.

He opened his eyes and stretched his hands and tail, a little spark escaping in his cheeks as he stood up with a yawn 'Morning again huh? why night goes so fast...it's never enough no matter how early you go to sleep' he thought silently. As he started to make his way to the den's entrance he noticed the sleeping figure of Rane the Quilava 'hmm? could I?? yes I could hehe' he thought with a smirk. He rubbed his cheeks and let the spark grab his paws before he got to touch the Quilavas back, getting her a little shock. As the Quilava jumped up he meet her eyes for a moment "good morning Rane...and goodbye" he said and made his run out of the den.

She was sleeping in peacefully, when sudden electricity run down her back, making her jump into the air "what...??" she stooks up confused and tired, when noticed the Pikachu standing next to her nest "you..." she growled when she figured out what was he done. Her eyes narrowed as she looked at the forager running away "COME BACK HERE YOU...ELECTRIC RAT..." she yelled in anger and run after him.

Dahlia - female - queen - Milktank - crush is open - tags: Nell
The large pink cow pokemon left the nursery, yawning she took a look around the all so lively camp. Her eyes stopped to the leader Nell there, the Milotic sure was beautiful pokemon, "Good morning Nell?" she called out waving her hand the way humans do when approving others "Any plans for today?" she asked as she got closer to the serpentine pokemon.

"Me? Eat them? Never. They're for the Clan."
He would eat the drier berries, collected later in the day, leaving the juicy ones for other Pokemon who needed them, or wanted them, more.
As a fire type, he preferred the taste of slightly dried out berries, regardless, and as a poison type, he was even able to stomach the ones that went off.

A glance at Orris, snapping up the berries that fell, caused Gomi to smile slightly. Well, even if he was an enemy, it was still nice to see someone enjoying themselves.

"And you be careful down there', Tarot."

Altair glanced over to the clan's leader with a nod. "I know. It's a bit rude to interrupt him when he's talking to someone else though, don't you think?" In all honestly he was fine with waiting. It wasn't like he had much to do right now anyway, aside from making sure things were running smoothly within the clan.

Orris watched the zangoose make her leave, raising a claw in a small wave. "Mm, you too I guess." He let out a content rumble once he'd snatched up the last of the fallen berries, having swapped to floating on his back at some point. It was a good thing for the FloraClan pokemon that it was him that had stumbled upon them and not one of the other patrollers. Some of them would have attacked the salazzle simply for being close.

Akito was a little bit shocked that Zoro would ask him to fill this role. Mentoring the leaders son? he blinked and looked up at Zoro "It would be my honor, sir. I'll do my best." He said with a polite nod of his head.

Sunny: She/her - Flora clan medic - Location; Medical den - Tags; Sora

Sunny gave her friend a nervous look. I know I can't change your mind but I wish I could She thought to herself. "Only if it's an emergency right?" She said looking at Sora with cutsie pleeding eyes like a puppy.

Melly: She/they - Flora clan forager - Location; Flora Foragers den - Tags; open

Melly was still laying deep in sleep in the foragers den. Sunlight was just begining to seep into the den through the forage. (Open for anyone to wake her)

AQUA CLAN

He looked him into the eyes then nodded "great good, I trust you can teach my younger brother everything you know about being a patroller, thank you to accept this request" he said to the Houndoom with a smile "that's was everything I needed to speak about, you can go now..." he said to him.

Maya - female - forager - Mienshao - crush is open - tags: Altrair
She nodded "maybe it is...I do that a lot..interrupt him...but yes you're right" she repeated. She looked at the cleaning for a moment "so want another berry? I can bring you another...there is plenty there and more in the forest...those things don't end easily" she said.

As she left the two to chat in the river there she walked to this part of their borders were the lands of nobody started. Getting into a small hill there she walked to the distance 'nothing here...' she thought to herself.

Helios - Male - He/Him - Arcanine - Aqua-clan

Helios; displeased with the lack of attention decided to head off. He scanned the tree tops, the forest floors and scavenged for any food he could find. Mostly it were berries - specifically oran - but Helios stumbled upon some sort of.. new item mere minutes into his trek. He paused; eyeing the berry suspiciously. He thought for a moment, but was unable to identify the berry. It was unlike any he had seen before. Deciding to take it the line berry he kept it separate from the other few he had gathered. He'd have to ask the others if they had seen such a thing before. More specifically Zoro. But now was not the time, he wasn't going to go back right after he'd just got out! Helios continued, finding an almost.. suspicious surplus of food. It was a demanding job to search for food; and yet it was coming so easy. He shook his head. He already had enough for nearly half the camp. Surely, this would be a while. He claws a mark into a nearby tree, to mark his place; doing this every so often as he makes his way back careful as to not lose anything he had so far. For the moment he hides the suspicious berry from sight.

The lucario raised a paw in decline and shook his head. "I'm alright for now, but thank you." He went back to sitting on the rock he was on earlier, seemingly content to just relax there for the time being. Wasn't like he needed much to entertain himself anyway.

Sora wanted to argue that she'd be fine, her leg surely wasn't that bad, but she withered under the look that Sunny gave her. Damn that flaaffy and her puppy dog eyes. "Yeah yeah. Only if 's an emergency. You've got my word on that, y'hear?"
