Night echo twitched his whiskers happily before setting his herbs down and trotting over to her. "What are you doing here? I thought you left or that the plague got you!" he said as he greeted the shecat, but he quickly noticed how thin she was looking as well as how unkept her fur was. "How's your leg been doing? You... must have traveled a long way to get here.." hints of concern were laced into his voice as the medicine cat in him began to kick in.

Sunstar paused before going on. "I've always been good with kits I guess. They seem to think that I'm their golden play-thing." His tail flicking as he spoke, he could see the encouraging look in Creamflower's eyes.

Turtle suddenly couldn't meet his gaze, but she could never hold anything from him. "Everyone left so suddenly. I never got the chance to say goodbye, or thank you for helping me." She tucked her leg closer to her so he wouldn't see it. "I've... Missed you Nightpaw..." she mewed quietly, looking away.

Rivermist walked quietly through the forest, the sun turning to liquid gold as it started to push through the trees. She could scent rain on the way, but it didn't seem as if it would be for a while yet. She didn't pay attention as she walked and simply let her paws carry her through the trees. She was too focused on trying to clear her mind from the nightmares again. If a mouse bit her she wouldn't have even paused. Her tail flicking steadily, she continued on.

Creamflower smiles and purrs. "Ive always wanted to be a mother ever since I was a kit." she admitted. "Is that a yes or a no?"

Sunstar looked at Creamflower in the eye, his own golden eyes gleaming. "Yes," he answered at last, curling his tail around her.

Night echo smiled, "I missed you too." He said but his smile faltered, "But my name is Nightecho now. Im no longer an apprentice." His heart tightened in his chest as he remembered the day he lost his mentor and had to take on the role of medicine cat. "How... long have you been on your own?"

Sunstar smiled softly, holding Creamflower's gaze. "I love you too Cream," he purred close to her ear. Resting his head on hers and letting his worries fade for a moment.

"Since just before the lake flooded... But Nightecho? It suits you. I like it," she mewed, a faint smile showing on her face, brightening her eyes through her pain. She didn't want to worry him more than he already was, because she knew him, and he was always worried.

Fernleaf looked around the clearing, wondering if there was a patrol she could join and where her apprentice was.Frowning slightly, she flicked her tail slightly.

Shaking her head lightly at her daughter, Lilydawn stood from her nest and walked over to nudge Frostkit out of the nursery.Silently giving her permission with her tail to play in clearing.Still smiling the older queen settled outside the nursery, to keep an eye on her young kit, her green gaze filled with love.

Frostkit smiled happily at her mother before scampering over to sniff a bug, her blue eyes wide with curiousity.Soon it began to crawl away from her, and she playfully tried to pounce on it the way her older siblings had shown her to.

Orangepaw slept in her nest, her fluffy bright ginger fur rising and falling gently. She dreamt she was a fierce warrior defending the clan in a battle against a huge patrol of evil rogues.Not realising it, she kicked out in her sleep, managing to kick her brother who was asleep next to her.

Cragpaw blinked open his eyes as his sister kicked him awake.Sitting up he glanced over at her before shaking the moss from his pelt and padding out to clearing.Now that he was awake, he might as well get an early start on his apprentice duties or training.He nodded to Silentpaw as he passed by her.

"If we head north of here we might be able to get some birds or squirrels, that's where a couple of patrols have caught them before." In all honestly, though they still didn't really know much about where the prey stayed, they could only go off of what little they did know and sadly it wasn't very reliable. "If we can get a couple more then we can head back to camp and either get on one of the patrols for this afternoon or work on fight training." She told her before heading that way. She knew that Cloudpaw would like and they could take it easier tomorrow if they worked on all of that today.

With his morning starting off a bit different than he had expected Silver decided that he mine as well try and hunt now to get his day started. His ears perked as he walked quietly around scanning for any signs of prey in the areas.
