Eaglepaw looked up seeing a cat and Foxpaw. He tried putting on a smile but it didn't seem like a real one. "H-Hey there du- uh I mean Lavapool." He didn't want to make the same mistake he did with the she cats about speaking in the way he felt comfortable with.

Foxpaw gave Eaglepaw a look that said they'd talk later. Was he upset about something that happened with the other cats or the fact she was hanging out with a male warrior? Probably the first one. Foxpaw smiled happily as she looked between the toms.

Crystalpaw was really nervous. "Robinpaw, what do I do? I am packed in a room full of strange cats and I don't know any of them!" she asked Robinpaw.

"I don't know. Well uh let's just distance ourselves from the others?" Robinpaw suggested as he slowly backed away into an isolated part of the gathering place.

"You can go apologize to him later. He probably will forgive you but I'm not sure. It's his way of speaking and don't worry, he calls a lot of cats 'dude' or 'dudett' when he feels like it." The apprentice purred. Rabbitpaw then gave Spottedpaw a smile saying she didn't have to feel guilty.

To keep the conversation going, Foxpaw decided to speak up. "So Lavapool, has anything interesting been happening with your clan?" she asked curiously.
