Tallpaw sat next to Violetpaw, his tail twitching. He'd become a warrior for sure, right? And the leader hadn't chosen a deputy! This clan might as well head to disaster. Turning to Violetpaw, he smiled a bit. "Who do you think the new deputy is going to be?" He asked.

Speckledstar stretches out of his den, leaping onto the high-rock. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here below the high rock for a clan meeting!" He yowls.

Riverstorm stops in his tracks at the entrance, hearing his father, and pads over. Finally, maybe he'll choose a deputy! He thinks, sitting down.

Blackhawk turns, hearing his father's call, then turns back to Dreampaw. "Looks like a clan meeting. Lets see what thsi is about first, and then you can begin, okay?" He mews nicely.

Tallpaw sat below the high rock, his tail twitching with anticipation. This was it! He was sure this time. He looked at the leader. Speckledstar was such a courageous cat. Tallpaw looked up to him.

Littlesong's eyes lit up with hope. They were going to get warriors, and a deputy. She was sure. And she hoped to see her clan thrive.

Speckledstar notices Tallpaw, and smiles to him, then looks back to everyone. "Today, I have four ceremonies to declare." He announces. "Lets begin with the deputy." He smiles, turning to Silentstep. "I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of IceClan is Silentstep." He declares, nodding respectfully to the she-cat, then once again gazing upon his clan. "Next is a new warrior." He mews, turning to Tallpaw. "I, Speckledstar, leader of IceClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn." He mrows, his amber gaze locked on the young apprentice. "Tallpawpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" He asks, blinking.

Silentstep's eyes widened, but, then she dipped her head respectfully, before sitting back down and watching the rest of the ceremonies.

Right in the middle of the ceremonies, Violetkit and Mudkit come racing out of the nursery, tumbling over each other.

Speckledstar can't help but smuggle a chuckle at the two kits, but he tries not to show his amusement during the ceremony.

Riverstorm turns around to Look at the kits, quietly padding over. "Come on you too. Today's your time to be apprenticed, don't make kits of yourselves." He whisper/purrs, teasing, as he gently nudges them over to the crowd.

Violetkit huffs. "He started it!" She whispers/Huffs to Riverstorm, before sitting down next to her annoying brother.

Mudkit rolls his eyes. "Yeah, Sure." He growled playfully, smacking her lightly with his tail.

Riverstorm gently taps both of them on the head with his tail playfully, he smiles to them. "Just be careful on how you behave during a clan meeting." He warns them quietly, sitting back down in his spot.

[Curious]

D R E A M P A W gasped. "Really? Oh, gosh, I hope I pass!" Dreampaw's tail fluffed with excitement and she bounced out of the den. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Oooh, I hope I don't mess up! she thought fretfully, waiting for her mentor to tell her what to do at the mouth of the exit tunnel.
