The apprentice woke up, looking around he smirked- he had been planning for a while to sneak out of camp and explore on his own without ElkClaw following him around everywhere. Ducking out of the den he quickly made his way through the territory. Eventually he reached the border that lead to the Gathering place, looking around to make sure he wasn't being followed he bounced off into the Gathering Place sniffing around.

ElkClaw nodded, "good, morning FlowerStar, how may we help you?" He asked the fine tall leader she was quite pretty in the sun from the angle she was standing at.

Echopaw's whiskers were seen as she exited the burrow. Her head, shoulders, then body appeared afterwards. She shook the grit and dirt out of her fur. "Fine." She mewed. She hadnt thought about this till now, but how would she survive on her own? She did not know how to hunt or any defense moves. The small white she-cat scampered back towards camp.

FlowerStar smiled slightly at ElkClaw's mannerisms and nodded, "Today you will be the temporary Deputy" She said before adding, "I think that later today I might finally decide on Deputy but until then your in charge of patrols".

As the tom began walking a long the beech he stepped on a shell, jumping back he hissed in surprise before noticing the cut on his paw. Sighing he limped back to camp and walked over to FlameFoot, "I cut my paw on a shell, do you have any herbs?" He asked.

"Yes I do!" He replied as they went inside the med den. Flamefoot began to chew marigold and placed them on a oak leave with cobwebs on it. "Here take this and place it on your wound."
