Reedfoot~

He nodded slowly at Coldpaws question about cob webs, lowering his head to lick up a few poppy seeds. He swallowed and raised his head, watching his leader pad out from the den and start to call every before him. He almost started to lay down but he moved towards the den entrance walk out a few tail lengths from it, and motioning for Coldpaw to follow.

Dovepool~

She quickly padded over to her leader and sat down before him, waiting.

Coldpaw moved after his mentor and sat with him. But he still looked rather worried for the medicine cat and occasionally flickered his gaze over his wounds.

(Okay then, Dovepool will be Talonpaw's mentor.)

Viperstar's gaze flickered over each member of his clan, looking for injuries. Everyone seemed fine. "Clan," he spoke with a comforting authority. "A badger was in our camp, as you all probably saw. Thank you to all those who chased it out. Now leaf-bare is over, the animals will be coming back. I'm going to double patrols, and remember, if you see a badger -or any other animal that could be a threat - do not approach it. That badger was a female , so it probably has a family around somewhere, or a mate. Be careful." He nodded his head simply to end the meeting.

Reedfoot~

He turned around slowly and padded toward his nest, to lay down on his non injured side. He huffed as he did and started to lick his wounds clean. Pausing he looked up at Coldpaw, " Coldpaw, can you chew up the comfrey roots and put it on my wound...? This soothes the wound, then instead of yarrow which normally expels poison, lets do marigold and chew that into a polutice to prevent and stop any possible infections, then finally covering it in cob webs." he purred. He continues back to his cleaning, removing any dirt, debri, and left over blood from the wound.

Dovepool~

She nods her head as the meeting is over, and slowly pads over the medicine poking her head in as she sees Reedfoot, only earning a glare from him as he cleans his wounds.

i stand up and pad over to Fishpaw "good idea, with the yowling and all that!" i purr

i begin cleaning my fur of dirt before remembering the mouse, i see it unscathed by the battle, i pick it up and take it to Viperstar "you look like you need this more than me bro!" i purr licking my brothers shoulder to clean a wound there

Coldpaw nodded and did as he was told, starting on chewing up the marigold and comfery, he gave Dovepool a sympathetic look. He knew his mentor must be in quite a bit of pain which was probably worsening his mood. So he chewed as quickly and as thoroughly as he could. He then returned to Reedfoot's side and tilted his head, silently asking if he was done cleaning.

(We're looking for more cats, so sign up please! Also, the current roleplayers will probably want to know what the plot will be. I was thinking perhaps some rogue cats could take some of the kits, and yeah, the cats have to find a way to get them back or something. Or we could do something like the second series of warrior cats.. I'll make a poll for you guys to pick.)

Viperstar gave a weak smile to his sister. "Thanks. After all the drama of this morning, I almost forgot to eat!" He ate it greedily, hardly pausing to swallow. He felt vaguely guilty after that he hadn't offered any to his sister. "Want to go out hunting? I think I need a good run in the forest. We could go see if the Moonfalls has unfrozen, too?" He asked.

Fishpaw nodded to Talonpaw. "Should we take Lionpaw, too?"

(Moonfalls is where the cats drink, and when the other clans were alive, this was the place where the gatherings were held.)
