Just then he saw his apprentice Smokepaw beside him, he looked confused as to when he turned up. He turned to Flaretail. "Yes.. I can't do anything about it... I.. wish I could.." murmured Blizzardfur, bowing her head to Smokepaw and Tigerstorm.
"I hope Hopestar is going to be alright..." Blizzardfur sighed, ears folded against her head. \"She didn't loose a life, Tigerstorm. All she lost was the use of her left hind leg."

Hopestar woke up. 'Urk... That was terrible... At least I didn't loose a life... Thank goodness..' she thought sadly. Looking back, she saw her twisted leg and sighed. "Just my luck.. I got a twisted hind leg..." she muttered under her breath. Turning around, Hopestar rested her head on her nest and closed her eyes.

Turning around to face Lionpaw, she purred, "I'll be better in a few days. Don't worry! Tell Moosesnarl to mentor you in the couple days' time." Hopestar took in a breath then continued, "You don't worry about me. Worry about the Omen and your training. Soon you WILL become a Warrior. Soon." Flicking her tail at Lionpaw, she smiled. "Don't worry. I'll recover."
