(Pardon me for butting in- but I'm over 13 and this is being taken way out of proportions. You all are acting like little kids but you should have done more research on the COPPA rule, Jubile. The COPPA restrictions are only set for American children under the age of 13. I am British therefore I have never been COPPA'd in my life. Shadowsky might not be an American citizen-- can we all just leave the topic now? It's like I'm surrounded by argueing five year olds -.-)
