Featherpaw shook his head before nodding his head in response to Flamepelt's question. Slowly, he remembered there were cats around him, and not just Westpaw. "Of course I'm ready! Let's get go--" he started, turning around and bumping in Feralstar. "Ooof!" he murmured as he took a few steps back to meet a respectful distance. "H-hi Feralstar..." He murmured quietly, still embarrassed for bumping into the clan leader. "Sorry about that..." He then heard Westpaw ask the clan leader if she were to go hunting with them. His thoughts were still on how clumsy he was being today.First, I shower Flamepelt with leaves, and now I bump into my mentor, which also happens to be clan leader... Nice going, Featherpaw!



Nightstorm, she-cat, medicine cat, 24 moons

Nightstorm lifted her gaze as she watched the clan leader approach the group of cats. She dipped her head in acknowledgement and chuckled to herself when Featherpaw bumped into the leader. She tilted her head to the side with sympathy, and then carefully got to her paws. If Feralstar needs me, I'll be sure to keep her some company before I look for some Mallow Leaves, she thought quietly as she removed herself from the group of cats, turning around and walking back towards the medicine den, her tail trailing behind her. It was a rare sight to see Nightstorm with her tail held high. She was always thinking and wondering, not exactly in a happy confident mood all the time, but in a neutral calm state instead.
