The Leader nodded, padding across the clearing and sitting down in a sunny spot. "Show me what you've been doing." Lightstar's voice held only the little hit of friendliness it had when she was speaking normally. When she was training, or help out with training, any cat, her normal kind self half disappeared and she focused on the training instead of being kind. Cats wouldn't learn very well if she showered them with kindness and soft words instead of quick, instructing remarks.
Lightstar curled her tail around her paws, keeping her icy blue eyes on Blizzardpaw as she thought about what the young tom might show her. She was curious, and a bit excited to see what her Apprentice had done to the moves she showed him so he could use them better. Flicking her tail tip, Lightstar glanced around the clearing, looking to see if anyone was going to interrupt them, but she couldn't see anything.

[Puddles.]

BlizzardPaw

BlizzardPaw nodded and padded to the center of the clearing. He then fluffed his fur up and growled as if he were facing an invisible enemy. He kept his one eye focused on the 'enemy'. He feinted to one side and then leaped, twisting in mid-air to land on an enemy's shoulders.

Eaglewing glanced over at Bearfur. "All right, let's go then," he announced cheerily, getting to his paws. "Wolfstride can handle himself." Flicking his tail at the other two toms, he trotted out of camp and paused for a moment to scent the air. With a shrug, he headed in the direction of the river and called over his shoulder, "Fancy some fish today? There might be some water voles by the bank too." As the small patrol neared the calmly flowing water, he slowed, highly aware of his clumsy paws and taking care to place them carefully in the grass. With a twitch of his ear to Kestrelclaw and Bearfur, indicating for them to split up, he crept away over to the small clump of willow trees hanging over the river.

Lightstar watched the Apprentice with slight narrowed eyes. She wasnt sure how effective what he was doing might be in a real battle. Would he move fast enough? Would he stop and move around until he had a better chance at getting at a larger and stronger Warrior? "Very nice, Blizzardpaw." Lightstar got to her paws and praised her Apprentice, padding over to him slowly.

The long-furred tom nodded and slowly turned to look for any prey that might be near by him. Bearfur, not seeing anything, slowly and quietly stalked off towards a few small bushes.

(LightStar sent out patrols and sent some mentors to train their apprentices. XD That's about it. Check a couple pages back and you'll find where she placed your charrie. =3)

BlizzardPaw

BlizzardPaw twisted around to face her. "Did I do it correctly?" He asked nervously, his head slightly tilted and his ears perked up and ready for her suggestions. He wanted to be the best warrior he could be, even if it meant spending more time on his apprenticeship if he had to. Not that he wanted to of course.

"Yes." She flicked her tail tip and nodded, slightly crouching down a few fox-lengths away from the young tomcat. "Go ahead and try it on me." Lightstar instructed Blizzardpaw, her eyes studied him and she took a small step forwards.
