The little she-cat twitched her tail as the silence descended between them. For a moment she wondered if she ought to head back to camp. But she didn't want to just leave Pistachio, nor did she really want to go back just yet. Sprucepaw glanced up as the loner spoke, ears pricking. "...alright." she mewed curiously, shifting on her paws ant straitening slightly. Her muscles twinged when she moved a bit but she didn't bother herself with them the marigold was already soothing the wounds.

"Oh really? Or we're you scared? Hmm?" Cinder teased, not know that he really had been scared. Her scares still showed greatly against her dark pelt, though she didn't know it. They made her look frieghtening, despite how friendly she could be.

Pistachio flicked his ears, he pranced forward purring. There was small garden near Pistachio's old home. Pistachio looked at is as he walked by, he was tempted to run up to the door and start meowing, but he sighed and walked on. The garden glistened in the sun. Pistachio purred he ran into the garden and began to dig up a carrot. He placed the carrot in his mouth once it was digged up and threw it aside. "Try to dig up as many as you can before the person comes out. I mean twoleg." He said remembering she didn't know what a person was. The tom had hoped, she wasn't too scared.

Sprucepaw rose to her paws and followed him with a slightly nervous glance over her shoulder. They were already barely in SunClan territory and she was worried about leaving on a small level. But she didn't want to say no to the eager tom, who had been so nice to her. The medicine cat apprentice trotted to catch up and then pinned her ears as she caught the scent of Twolegs and saw the nest. He was a kittypet? She lowered her head and padded after him, eyes flicking warily around the unfamiliar setting. She watched as he began to dig and pulled up a long orange stick thing. She glanced at the nest again, and saw no Twolegs appearing outside. Sprucepaw moved towards Pistachio. This was a game? Strange. But she didn't want to be rude; besides, it looked like it might be fun. Nodding to the tom, she scraped at the dirt and clawed out one of the orange sticks. "What are these?" she mewed quietly. Her ears flicked towards the nest, her body tense and alert in case the Twolegs came out.

"Cedarpaw," she called out, trampling into the forest daintily. "Come on, Cedarpaw, let's do some training!" She felt quite cheery at actually having an apprentice. she was a kittypet at heart, sadly, and she had never thought she might be close to a warrior. She'd been slightly ignoring Cedarpaw lately. But she was determined for that never to happen again.

The shrew dangling from his jaws swung wildly as Cedarpaw spun around, his ears pricking up. He couldn't catch the scent of the cat who had called because of the prey but he was guessing it was his mentor. After all, who else would call him to training? He trotted towards the sound, and momentarily spotted Pineleaf through the undergrowth. He waved his tail in greeting, his mouth full of shrew and unable to speak. Excitement filled him as he thought of what training they might do. He hadn't done much in awhile, but he didn't blame his mentor and was just as cheerful as ever.
