"You think that's where they're leading us?" asked Lightpaw. "To a new MoonStone?" she trotted steadily along, but her paws were beginning to get sore from walking on the hard stone. She peered forwards, but saw nothing but open land and sparse trees. And the river, threading its way through like a snake before disappearing over the horizon.

Ashcloud nodded, stumbling her way after him. Her eyes were heavy, making it harder for her to stay on her paws. She gave a weak smile, her breath coming up white around her already pale-grey face. "Thank you, Pineclaw." she whispered, yawning once again. She looked to the den, glad to have a good place to sleep once again. That twoleg den had been a nightmare, for a whole of four moons, plus the two it took for her to get back to the Clan. It was good to see her friends again. The one's who'd survived anyway.
