"Dad, oh Daaaddd," Sammy teased, grinning as she said it in a soft sing-song voice once she had realized he had slipped into day-dreaming. She gently flicked his flank with the tip of her tail like she was swatting at a fly. Hana giggled at the two of them, all the while dreaming of another foal. She simply couldn't help herself. A foal with half of his DNA? It'd probably be the sweetest little thing ever, even though she had cherished Sammy's childhood, she hadn't exactly been a morning filly. She nuzzled her daughter now, smiling sweetly at her. "Don't mind him, dear, he's just daydreaming," She said, giggling a little to herself at his peaceful but adorable expression as she sidled over and kissed him on the cheek.

Coal looked at her and his smile quickly fell into a confused look. "Why are you crying, darling? Please, don't be sad. I didn't mean anything mean, I love you so much...," He said gently, coming closer and nuzzling her affectionately, his eyes shining with how much he loved her. His tail swished slowly from side to side, like a soothing, rythmic metronome. "I'll always love you. Please don't cry. You look beautiful, happy or not, but it pains my heart to see you so sad! You don't sound like a donkey, you sound like an angel, every day." He leaned over and kissed her, hoping he could see her through his eyes.

Dot snapped out of it. "What?" He neighed confused. He giggled and looked at Hana, his love of his life. "Is something on your mind honey?" He asked. He smiled at her, he could tell it wasn't a bad thing. He smiled and began thinking of this one song that he loved so dearly, that fit all of them perfectly. He looked at them with a lot of love in his eyes. He could swear his eyes were miniature hearts at the time.

Snowy sighed and began to stop. She got ready for this kiss and felt a lot better. "It's not you, you didn't do anything wrong! It's me!" She smiled at his remarks. "I'll always love you too!" She was going to have to tell him, now. It would be good to tell someone she loved to death to know first, right? She sighed and began speaking with her voice shaking a bit because she was scared of what his reaction was going to be. "I-I think there is something wrong with me, I'm ten times the amount of emotional than any chub could ever be! I heard about this one chub disease that is like that, and I think I have and it never goes away, it can get better though!"

Suddenly a new chub bounced up to Hana, she was a sweet-looking thing of hot pink and a more rosey color. She eyed Hana and Sammy with obvious approval, but her eyes clouded slightly with confusion as she glanced at Dot. "Hi, I'm Isabelle," She said, turning back to face Hana. "I'm new here." Sammy grinned kindly at the new mare, flicking her tail from side to side as she replied, "Hi, I'm Sammy! This is my mom, Hana. We're new-er than some of the other chubs here, but we've been here a while. It's nice to meet you." Hana nodded in obvious agreement, wearing a sweet little smile. Isabelle giggled. "Who's he?" She asked, nodding toward Dot.

Coal looked at her, and sorrow filled his eyes. He didn't want her to be sick in any way, emotional or not. But he nuzzled her affectionately. "Honey, honey," He whispered in her ear, drawing as close as he could, "I only want you to be happy. I'll go to the ends of the earth to find you a cure for this -- but first, you need to see a vet or something, we need to make sure of what you have so we can figure out how to make it better." He kissed her once more, noticing that it seemed to calm her down a little. "I promise I'll never leave your side, and I'll help you find the perfect solution to this. One day, we'll be a family, little foals and all, and we'll look back on this and laugh at how much of a problem we thought it would be. I promise you that." He gazed deep into her eyes, his sparkling softly.

Dot smiled. "Hello there Isabelle! I am Dot!" He smiled. "I'm Sammy's step-father and Hana's mate! How do you like Silver Stables, so far?" He swished his tail around, still wondering what was on his only true loves mind. "One tip of advice, avoid Minty, she is very clumsy!" He giggled. "She once attempted a rain-boom!" He sighed still wondering. He hoped Isabelle didn't find out Minty was his mom! He would die if she told the other mares or anyone at that! He blushed and looked at the ground of the idea at that. Oh no! He hoped Hana didn't think he had a crush on this 'new mare'. He sighed and rolled then got up and softly nickered to Hana quietly, "Is something on your mind honey?" he asked again.

Snowy felt so glad to have such a faithful mate, so glad he didn't leave her for this. "That means so much to me!" She neighed softly.Snowy grinned like never before, she felt so happy, she had never felt this way before! She giggled a bit at the kiss. She loved having him at her side. She softly nuzzled him back and softly neighed back, "You mean so much to me Coal! I won't leave your side either! But, we don't need to find a cure, it's you! You make me feel all happy and crazy and amazing on the inside, no matter what you say! I'll get through this and fight this, for you!" She felt a larger grin appear on her face. He eyes sparkled with happiness and she was almost crying with happiness. "Your perfect, I would do anything to see you smiled and keep you happy!" She flicked her tail back and forth excitedly. She sighed so happily, she felt so much better than she ever had.
