Windsong sat crouched in the camp clearing, a rather dampened mood settling into her at the murder of Icyeyes. Pricking her ears, she tried to pick out the voices of her mate and daughter, feeling confined in camp and preferring to have someone she trusts with her on a walk.

FireFeather gave a small smile to his apprentice. It was nice to see he wasn't dragging himself down too badly. That was one of the things he had always admired about the apprentice- the way he always seemed to try to find the calm in the storm. He considered asking the leader to name him EbonyHeart when the time came, but he figured the leader had plans that were just as well.
"Well, where would you like to start hunting?" FireFeather personally didn't care about the wheres or the whys or anything like that today. He just wanted to do something to distract himself and his apprentice.

Ebonypaw thought for a moment, the glitter in his eyes shortly returning. "Could we go to the river to fish?" The tom was used to hunting ground prey and was not really fond of fishing,
but fishing seemed like a good distraction as it was harder for him; therefore it required more focus. He smiled at Firefeather, hoping that it was alright. Maybe he'd catch a big fish, and would be able to make his mentor proud to bring his mood up.

Breezefire stayed with Dewpaw for a while to keep the poor apprentice company. Her tears wouldn't dry until she found out how Iceyeyes died. She bit her lower lip and padded off into the elder's den to see how Plumfang was doing. "Goodmo-" she said, stopping herself all of a sudden. "AHH!! PLUMFANG! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!" she shrieked. Is.. she ... also.... dead?

Blizzardstar had called another meeting, eyes glancing around the clan before landing on Ebonypaw. "Most of the clan has decided you are the murder," she meowed, tail flicking. "Why would you kill our warrior and elder in cold bold?" the leader asked.

"Cause they were responsible for Alderpaw's death!" Ebonypaw cried, shocking the clan. "He was too young to go on patrol and Plumfang allowed it, even though she knew it was risky!" he yowled. "Iceyeyes was his mentor and didn't protect him during the fight or sent him back to camp!" he explained.

Blizzardstar blinked, feeling sorry for the young tom. "I'm sorry you falt that way, but you should've came to me or Blastclaws," she meowed. "I have to do what is right for this clan and your herby exiled from RiverClan and if any patrol see's you on the territory they will not hesitate to attack you," she said calmly, watching the apprentice run out of camp with Blastclaws and Darkmoon following him.

Congrats RiverClan you've found the murder before it was to late!
