((@marlock; at the time of that post, Celestia still thought Raindrop was at Ponyville, socialising with the CMC, and that she would be contacted as soon as she wanted to go home. Also, I thought Chrysalis was already disgusing herself as Raindrop and had met celly. Meh.))

Celestia shook her head to Skittle Splash. "No; you may leave." She continued towards her throne, still pondering the best strategy to defeat the changelings. So far, Chrysalis hadn't really tried anything, meaning that Equestria could gain somewhat of an advantage, if they took action fast. She found herself slowly regaining her usual demeanour of calmness---

"Princess Celestia!"

---and then a familiar unicorn burst into the room. Celestia gasped when she saw her daughter, and... was that her former student? She didn't have many personal students, meaning that she could remember the few that she did have all the better. "What happened?" she asked.

RainDrop looked up as she heard her mother's voice. Her watery eyes beamed with joy as a small smile came to her face. "M...mama?" She whispered

Celestia nodded, blinking back a tear of her own at the pure joy in RainDrop's face. "What happened?" she repeated, nuzzling the young filly.

RainDrop couldn't hold back her tears and cried as her mother nuzzled her. "I....I don't know exactly." She said

RainDrop looked up as she heard her mother's voice. Her watery eyes beamed with joy as a small smile came to her face. "M...mama?" She whispered

(Wait what??? RainDrop is in the caves and Chrysalis is there instead)

Chrysalis contacted her changelings through her mind as they fed off the love. RainDrop wuved her mother. Celestia would be under her control.
