spottedleap stepped backwards, so her and stonestar's pelts were brushing. then, the branch began to tremble. "it's going to fall!"

berrystump was out hunting. the oak began to quiver, and she spotted a flash of tortoiseshell in the branches. "spottedleap!" he cried, racing under the tree.

*Stonestar jumped out of the tree, then sprinted after the she-cat. He pounced on top of her and sank his claws into her*

Tinypaw watched Stonestar leave, and followed her. "Sorry Spottedleap! I'm not strong!" She apologised.

with a terrible screech, spottedleap tried jumping, but the tree collapsed onto the ground, smashing berrystump and spottedleap.

Tinypaw rushed to Stonestar's side. "Who is that?" She murmured.

Pikeflower stiffened at the touch for a couple of heartbeats before slowly relaxing. "Y-Yeah." He meowed.

"I suppose so." Cloudgaze said while sitting up so she could better chat with the other she-cat. "Honestly I prefer a lively nursery over an empty one." Until Thrushleap had moved in she had been worried that she might end up all alone in the nursery once her kits moved out. She planned on requesting that she would be able to stay as a queen since she felt like she was much better suited to care for kits then preform warrior duties.
