Spiritstar jumped back in surprise and dipped her head, "Nightstar." She greeted, only once ever seeing him.

The large black Tom was beginning to fade. "Spiritstar, I must warn you-be careful with your two remaining lives. They serves purpose like no cat has ever had before."

Spiritstar's ears flattened to the back of her head, "yes, Nightstar, I promise that I will be careful." She began to fade back into reality as well.

"Beware the cat of thorns!" He called, before slinking back into the shadows.

Tigerfang suddenly stopped and fell to the ground beside Willowleaf, writhing in pain.

Willowleaf's eyes widened, "Tigerfang!" She squealed in horror and ran to his side, nosing his shoulder with worry

Spiritstar was sent back to the place where she 'died.' Little did she know a few hours had passed.

Tigerfang lay there shaking. "H-Hollyfang. S-Something's-s-something's wrong."

Willowleaf looked at him, "where did she go?!" She stared around. Then the cat tried nudging Tigerfang to his paws

Tigerfang was wobbly as he stood. "I don't know!" He felt cold silence where he could usually sense his sister's emotions and feelings. Dread filled him. "StarClan, no...they got her...after all of these seasons, escaping from Venom where were kits...she's gone, Willowleaf, gone."

Willowleaf's eyes were wider than ever, since she used to be blind. "No... She can't be! Sh-she was just here a minute ago!"

"She is." The usually strong and stubborn tom, for once, felt weak and vulnerable. His voice was nothing but a hoarse whisper.
