Splash hid nearby, not really knowing what to do. She watched Hollytail and Nikon/Rosestar yell at each other, her tail flicking nervously. Her icy eyes gleamed like starlight in the shadows.

She ran over to help Thornstep, starting to slash at a dog. She snarled, hissing "I hope the nursery is ok!" She quickly looked around her for something to do the jump and pin on, and she saw a rock. But, this dog was huge, so she'd never be able to make it. She got a small running start, then slid under the dog on her back, claws unsheathed, doing a belly-rake. She came out the other side, waiting for Thornstep to do something.

"Save the kits!" Thornstep yowled, gesturing to Feathertail at the two kits lying in the clearing by themselves. Then, springing at the dogs after Feathertail had distracted it, Thornstep sank his teeth into its scruff, clinging to the side of the dog as his hind claws raked against its thrashing neck. He closed his eyes, more terrified than he had ever been in his entire life, he he was determined to save his clan no matter the cost. He was forever grateful that Feathertail was there to help, though. The dog eventually managed to fling the tom off of its body, but he quickly sprang forward again, diving between its legs and biting down on the canine's hind paw.

Feathertail nodded, running over to the two kits. She grabbed them, dashing through the nursery. She set them down with the others, saying "Stay here." She ran back off, snarling, and clawed the dog that Thornclaw was biting. She clawed it's flank, and then it ran off, and Feathertail pursued after. She came back, a clump of fur missing from her shoulder. She had the tip of her right ear missing, she had a huge bite mark on her left hind leg, and some of her fur was missing, along with the tip of her tail gone. She was in a lot of pain, and knew she had to get looked at, but didn't care.

her paws into a whisp of black smoke. "What the heck is going on..." she mewed

❝ hi there, lil one! i'm wintercloud, a young warrior of stormclan! i am nothing 'fancy smnanchy', so i don't really have a history. i was born to the mighty lizardeyes... -and the sweet summerbreeze! they were fantastic parents to my littermates, siblings and i. i think it was always my destiny to become a warrior, like starclan was wanting me to be one with their connections to the battle. i can almost prove this, as their was a recent badger attack. now, one badger had a kit, in its mouth, but somehow, i had the bravery to jump up, claw the badgers eye, then snatch the kit! it was starclan had taken over my body and fought for us! the other clans haven't been as lucky, with the droughts, floods, storms, attacks y'know? stormclan is strong, and starclan made us noble. when i began my training, i knew this was better than learning to be a medicine cat. imagine not being able to leave camp or territory by yourself! like any other warrior, i'm one with the clan, and i feel like i have a role. stormclan makes me feel like i have a role. part of me as a little she-cat wanted to be... -"different", and be a medicine cat apprentice, if that's the right word. but i think it all paid off, because when i saw how bored and tired they could get, i think i knew i rather die physically serving my clan. anyways, may starclan be with you!-... -but ta-ta now! you best be off doing your "big leader stuff"! ooh- snag me a vole later, would ya? we could chat even more! ❞
