Kestrelcall jerked his head back at the leader's yells. "I'm sorry. I had to speak with Moonlight." He said. He looked in the river to see a small fish swimming around, he swiped one of his paws at it and waited. As it slowly bled and floated up to the surface, Kestrelcall nodded himself an agreeable smile, and quickly picked it up in his jaws to stalk off for more prey.

Ripplemist decided to pad over to her mate, she did it slowly and cautiously. "Is everything okay?" Ripplemist said softly, smiling a meek little smile as she looked at her tense and rigid mate.

Kestrelcall nodded at Lightningstar's words, and couldn't help but give off a hearty chuckle. "Okay, we'll try. If my mouth isn't full of prey!" Kestrelcall called out over his shoulder.

Ripplemist padded slowly towards the nursery, to check if her kits were in there. When she found them, she smiled. "Hello, my wonders. How are you doing?" She said gently as she padded over to them to sit.
