Willowtail purred:She simply loved to tell stories.The tortoishell cleaned her throat "Well,I'll tell you the story about the day that an eagle grabbed me and I survived.Many many moons ago,when I was just an apprentice,I thought that hunting alone when I was just 6 moons old was a good idea,I thought that it would show how I was good.I was such a mousebrain!When I just killed a mouse an eagle suddenly came and grabbed me!Rustpaw,Rustpaw,I thought that I was going to die!But for my happiness my mentor,Mudfur,and Shadowfrost,paw at the time,found me and were able to kill the eagle.An eagle Rustpaw!It fed half of the clan!"

"I wasn't going to tell on you or anything." Pikeflower murmured softly, mostly talking to himself at this point. He looked down so that he was looking at the she-cat before he asked, "Why are you worried about me?" He had no living family that he knew of and didn't have any real friends to speak of so he wasn't all too used to cats going out of their way to talk with or spend time with him the way Mistyclaw did.

"Wow!" Rustpaw meowed in admiration, remembering the eagle that was over camp not long ago. She took another flea out of the elders fur.

Pikeflower gave a small smirk, noticing that he must have said something that got under her fur for her to snap at him like that. "How do I know that if I answer your question that you'll answer mine?" He asked in a near teasing tone.

*Mistyclaw stared straight into Pikeflower's eyes*

Sparrow continued to walk around before scenting mouse. She crouched, shuffling through the leaves on the ground, and pounced, landing sloppily, but pinning the mouse all the same. Sparrow quietly killed it and carried it back up the tree, eating out there and letting the remains fall to the ground below her.

*Stonestar noticed bones and a little bit of a mouse tail on the ground. He growled deeply*
