Larkpaw glanced over at Jackdawpaw with a smile as they sat down together, then looked up at Cosmicstar, he looked like he was about to start the meeting.

Cosmicstar took a deep breath as he had everyone's attention. "There is a couple of things I want to announce to you all but I will get the sorrowful one out the way first. Today we lost a member of ours to foxes...Boulderclaw...we'll sit vigil for him after this announcement..." He took a few moments to pause and then continued. "As you all know..deputy has been vacant for some time now, I have chosen a new deputy. I say these words before StarClan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of Cinderclan is Wolfheart." He announced and paused to allow him to be congratulated after starting the chanting for his name.
Cosmicstar cleared his throat and then continued. " I, Cosmicstar, leader of cinderclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their) turn. Thunderpaw & Jackdawpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" He asked the two.

Thunderpaw was shocked that he was going to become a warrior but excited. "I do." He exclaimed.

She looked at the two apprentices, chosen to became warrior. She sighed, a bit sad of Boulderclaw, but she had to keep her head high. She twatched as the two apprentices became warriors.

jackdawpaw couldn't believe it. his paws tingled slightly and his grayish eyes glinted. "i do!" he replied, glancing back at larkpaw.

Wolfheart was shocked when Cosmicstar announced him as the new deputy. He smiled and dipped his head when the clan cheered for him. Once the cheers subsided, he turned his attention back to Cosmicstar, who was announcing two new warriors. They're becoming warriors after that fight they had? Wolfheart shook his head with a sigh.

Cosmicstar continued. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Thunderpaw & jackdawpaw, from this moment you will be known as Thunderstorm & Jackdawflight. StarClan honors your bravery and intelligence, and we welcome you as a full warriors of Cinderclan." He then rested his muzzle on their heads in turn and ended the announcement, stepping down from the rock and dismissing the clan. He caught the new deputy's gaze of disapproval of naming the two apprentices but he had his reasons for it.

Thunderstorm grinned, he was now a warrior! But why did Jackdawflight have to become one too?! He cursed.
