Nightfeather processed her words slowly and his tail had stopped moving while he thought. He hadn't ever really thought about love. "Moonsong. I don't know how to respond." he mewed quietly.

[Aquani]

"You do not have to say anything. I just wanted you to know how I feel." A tear formed in her eye. She wished his confusion would dissapear and he would confess a love for her he probally didn't contain.

[Malfeasance]

Nightfeather looked at her confused. He gave her a smile after noticing the tear in her eye. "I'm sorry." he told her and licked the top of her head trying to comfort her.

[Aquani]

" Please, just tell me what yor thinking."

[Malfeasance]

Nightfeather looked at her. "I was thinking of what love was and how would someone know if they loved someone else." he told her truthfully.

[Aquani]

" They can't stop thinking of them and can not control it," she informed him. " So you don't love me?" She muttered.

[Malfeasance]

Nightfeather shuffled his paws. "Well, I wouldn't know. I don't think about love." he told her.

[Aquani]

"So you don't. I am revolting. I have no use." She said slowly padding back. She turned around and ran.

[Malfeasance]

"No! Moonsong! I never said that!" Nighfeather shouted, scaring birds out of the trees as he ran after her.

[Aquani]

She saw him and stopped at the river. She looked in his blue eyes one last time. " All I wanted was love but I can never find it." She ran and ran, not looking back...
