Misttreader licked her paw and rubbed behind her ears. A soft hiss escaped her throat as her paw brushed against a saw spot. She squinted and looked around the elders den. A smile crept across her maw when she spotted Moongaze napping in her neat nest. Misttreader crept over and prodded Moongaze behind the ear. The sleeping elder let out a low hiss before rolling over and clawing Misttreader in the face. " Hey! Just wanted to say hello " Misttreader hissed madly before trumping off and curling up in her nest. " Hello " Mumbled Moongaze before she fell asleep once again.

She watched him leave sadly.The next night she went to the same place she left him doubting he would be their.
