Lionroar licked his little sister's head. "Foxtail will do her best, Applekit." he meowed comfortingly.

Applekit pressed against him and soon drifted off into a fitful sleep.

Foxtail sighed, stroking Sunheart sadly. At this rate, there was nothing to be done. She'd seen nothing this bad before, and it worried her. She would have to quarantine the Nursery, and find a place to stay for all those who'd been exposed multiple times to Sunheart. She didn't need an outbreak of Blackcough, for Blackcough it definitely was.

Wintertail licked his mates head. "It'll be okay."

Foxtail looked at Wintertail, shaking her head. "Best to leave too. If you get sick it's death for you, and you risk contaminating the rest of the Clan. I'd like you to leave."

Sugar shrugged. "Oh, it's nothing. You just... oh, never mind."

"Sparrowpelt!" Dappledflight purred, hulling herself to her paws, racing over to meet him. She didn't care if he didn't want to lover her, she pressed her face against his and leaned against him.

Sparrowpelt purred happily, rubbing his head against her muzzle. "I missed you." He murmured quietly.

Lionroar gently slide the little kit off of his paws, and quietly padded away to go find Foxtail. Poking his head in the nurshery he meowed, "Foxtail, Applekit is really upset could you give her something?"

Sunheart lifted her head at the sound of her kit's voice. "Take care of her Lionroar, take care of her..." she murmered and then her eyes closed. Her breathing came in gasps, and she was exhausted.
