Scarlet sniffed the air, following almost every trail she could find. She growled, looking around. "Come out wherever you are Trip!" Scarlet shouted, looking around.

Grim grinned. Bingo. He leaped at her from behind, grabbing her by the scruff lightly. "Never take this training lightly, Scarlet, it could save your life some day." He got up, shaking out his pelt. "Now, I'm going to go somewhere, and I want you to track me down and sneak-attack me." He looked to her to make sure she was going to be serious.

Scarlet yelped and nodded, "Okay." She smiled, giggling slightly. Scarlet started to prance about, laughing was she watched the forest.

[My sister just gave me her Grapes and '08 dog! Yay!]

Grim rolled his eyes, but couldn't help but to laugh. He ran into the trees, still coated in dirt, and found a nice, shadowy yet open place to sit. And sit he did. He just sat there, waiting for Scarlet. He sighed, though, feeling bored now that he was alone again. He flicked his ears. Left. Right. Left. Right. Left left left. Right right right. Left right right left. He snickered to himself, wondering when he had become such a pup.

[Canair]

"Rawr!" Scarlet shouted, pouncing onto Grim from behind. She giggled, licking his cheek and pinning him down. "How was that?" She asked smiling.

[Crystal_Tigryphon]

Grim laughed. "You're not taking this seriously, are you?" He licked her cheek. "But, I didn't hear you coming, so it was still good. Now, how about we try something different?" He walked back toward the training grounds with a plan in his head.

[Canair]

"Like what?" She asked, giggling as he licked her cheek. Scarlet spun around, humming to herself before running to catch up with Grim happily.

Grim stopped in the center of the large sandy circle, then stepped out of it. "Storm, I want you to train with Scarlet for a while in one on one combat. Remember, this is simple sparring, so no fangs and no claw strikes." He sat down, wrapping his short, fluffy tail around his right leg, letting it rest on his paw.

Storm looked up, shocked that he had called her out to the circle, then realized that it was to spar Scarlet. She didn't know how much of a match she'd be for Grim, and she'd never seen Scarlet fight, but she knew which she'd prefer. She stood with her legs slightly parted, anchoring her to the ground with her claws. She took her training very seriously, just as she did her battles, because she'd never known anything else.

Scarlet yelped, gulping actually. She bared her teeth playfully before closing her mouth quickly remembering what Grim had said. Scarlet blinked, crouching in her position.
