His mom was actually evil and killed his sister when they were born but didnt ahve time to kill him and his brother, so he was named Fadedkit in order to hopefully be Fadedheart, his family died besides his brother, and when he found out by his ancestores about his mother he changed his name based off of his scruff fur that looked like it had been ripped open.
