((Hey, how far could the horses telepathic messages travel? Because I was thinking, maybe when the rest of the herd wakes up, the could look for him, and Jamilah could probably 'talk to him' but would the distance be too great?))

Star
Star shook his head, "They probably won't even notice I'm gone. They aren't my real herd, my herd were killed by the Sickness. The herd I'm with at the moment is a group of horses who joined together to find the cure for the Sickness." he said, looking away. He didn't know it, but his eyes were changing, from normal look eyes, to pools of milky blue, but very slowly, so that he would soon actually look blind.

((I guess the eyes might be a side-effect of the Sickness, seeing as he somehow survived it. His eyes will (at the end), look like this cat's eyes))

((Hmm, I think it would wok, but maybe it would only work partly, like it could take up a horses energy to communicate so far. So it would work, but Jamilah would probably get tired. But she'll talk anyway. ^^))

~Firefly~
The yearling flattened her ears, her eyes turning to a worried look. "So there are some survivors?" She asked, thought knew the answer. When she had been taken, the sickness was beginning to spread, but she had managed to avoid getting it, luckily. "I am sorry, about your real herd." She said softly, lowering her head slightly.

((Oooh, okay.))

((Ok. When should the horses in the cave wake up?))

Star
"Yes, there are a few survivors. And there must be more than just the few I've seen too." Star replied, "And I don't really mind -- About my herd -- I was always an outcast there anyway." He turned his head to look at her. She could probably see his eyes, though he didn't know. Anyway, seeing as he didn't know how they looked, he didn't care.

((How about...when Firefly and Star fall asleep?))

~Firefly~
The mare said nothing, only gazed sadly at the foal. Something seemed a bit odd about him, but she couldn't place it. Searching his face, she glanced at his eyes. Something was odd about his eyes. She studied them, but shook her head. I must be tired. She thought. "Well, we better get some sleep." She said.

[Shai]

((Ok. I'll have Willow wake up now then))

Star
Star nodded, and lay down in the straw, quickly falling asleep.

Willow
Willow slowly awoke, and looked out of the cave. Soft dawn light was shining in, and she raised her head, shuffling out quietly into the frigid morning. She saw Blizzard sleeping, which she wasn't worried about, but then she saw something that made her give a frightened neigh. Fresh human footprints in the snow!

((I figure it should be some time around dawn, but if you want it to be earlier/later it can be))

~Domino~
Blinking his brown eyes open, the zebra unicorn, looked around, his groggy mind still half asleep. After a moment or so, he was finally fully awake, and he stepped forward, walking out of the cave. He saw Willow, and Blizzard, which was fine, but what alarmed him was the scent. A strange scent. Human.
"Willow? Do you sm-" He cut off when he saw the prints. "Oh no..."

~Firefly~
Following suit, Firefly lay down, closing her eyes and falling asleep.

((Yeah, I think it would be about that time.))

Willow
Willow looked concerned as she studied the prints. "Who's missing?" she suddenly asked, lifting her head and looking around.
The pendant she wore began to swirl, swirling blue and white.

~Domino~
Shaking his head, the stallion began to turn around. "I'll check the cave." He peered into it, making note of who was there. Everyone was, except Star.
"Star's...gone." Domino reported to Willow, his brown eyes worried and fearful. With a snort, he trotted quickly over to Blizzard, nudging the other stallion awake. "Blizzard, wake up." He said urgently.

~Blizzard~
"Wake up." At that order, Blizzard blinked open his eyes, and looked at Domino, whose gaze was worried. "Hmmh?" He shook his head, still tired.

[Shai]

Willow
"Oh no..." Willow muttered. "I'll wake everyone up." she said briskly, trotting into the cave. She trotted over to Glaze, giving him a hard nudge, "Wake up!" she neighed, loud enough to wake everyone else up.

Glaze
Glaze looked up groggily, shaking his head. "What was that for?" he asked, irritated.

Sasha
Sasha opened her eyes, stretching her wings slightly, then lifted her head, looking around.

((Sorry about short post, I'm out of ideas.))

~Domino~
"Blizzard, did you see any humans around here last night?" Domino saw the other stallion shake his head. "Well, Star's gone." At those words, Blizzard's face became one of horror. Despite having no pupils and just glowing eyes, the unicorn could see Blizzard was very upset.
As of late, Domino's normal cheerful nature had been wiped away. Though he knew the need to be serious, the lack of humor was slightly depressing to him. The striped stallion shook his head, and went trotting back to the entrance of the cave. "Star's gone." He announced.

~Blood Tip~
Hearing the loud wake up call, Tip stumbled forward, opening his eyes. Through half opened eyes, he looked around, seeing Willow was the one who had awaken them. She looked distressed, and Tip couldn't help but feel urge to comfort her. With a small snort, he pushed the urge away, though it pained him.
Following the movement, Tip watched as the slightly shorter stallion Domino come up, looking grave. He didn't know what Domino would say, but he didn't expect to hear Star was gone. Instantly his ears went back.

~Jamilah~
With an irritated snort, Jamilah opened one eye, glaring at Willow for the wake up call. Couldn't a mare get some good sleep? Apparently not, She though, slowly getting to her feet. Her forelock fell over her eyes, and she shook her head, trying to get it away.
"Well, what's this rude awakening for?" The mare demanded, finally getting her hair out of her eyes. She got her answer when Domino announced Star gone.
