Unable to dodge Rastus takes the blow from the Manectric stunning him for a bit. He then shakes it off, jumps back and uses dig. Tunneling under ground he makes his away to the Manectric and resurfaces using his whole body to attack the Electric pokemon.

Rustus stands his ground as the Manectric delivers the attack making him skid backwards a bit. He then narrows his eyes and uses his head plus horn to topple over the Manectric. He then follows it with an Ice beam attack hoping to at least slow down the quick pokemon a bit.
