Katy stood up, a fresh layer of snow now encoated her. She shook it off and padded out into the open, her eyes still fully opening. Her muscles rippled underneath her fur with each step. She had been training for years for this championship, and she felt very ready. She padded over to the nearest puddle of mealted snow, lapped some up, then began her search for the others. (Recap please, where is everybody???)
