A low chuckle escaped me ''Pft, being stuck with us two isn't that bad. You should be glad you didn't end up with Dragan. Now he would just bore you to death. So appreciate the small things in life'' I gave her a slight wink then contiuned ''She will find her way home, besides she can take care of herself after all those times she needed to chase Caelan away. She has been roughen up'' I was starting to grow bored, but stood in the same place and just casually swished my tail hoping we would do something soon.

Beleram straightened his posture when the two adults approached. He removed his tail from her side and sidestepped away, unsure how her parents would react to a stranger practically eveloping their daughter near. He glanced at her father, Shaman, and bobbed his head. ''My pleasure, it was the only responsible thing to do, sir.'' Beleram stammered, unsure if he should be formal or informal in speech towards the stallion. He glanced at her smiling mother and returned the smile quickly before turning around to face the forest again. ''I should be heading out now..'' he trailed off while switching his gaze between the three, unsure of what to say now. ''Umm.. yeah. Bye Nizhoni. It was nice meeting you all'' he added quietly, flicking his tail. Beleram started to walk slowly back towards the shaded domain of the forest with his head and tail drooped.

"Please stay." She said as she slightly limped after him. "Please?" She asked as she stood there, hope in her eyes. She didn't want to lose the only one who had shown kindness to her other than her parents. She perked her white ears as a breeze blew through her dual colored mane.

Beleram halted hearing her plee. He looked down at the ground then turned around with his head still lowered. Beleram walked slowly towards her then eyed her parents behind her a distance away. He was thinking; Beleram was a naturally introverted colt and preferred isolation most of the time, which is why he had been alone for so long now. But despite his preferences, his empathy-filled self wouldn't let himself leave when she was pleeing he stayed. ''Nizhoni.. fine. Fine. I'll stay for a little while. I can't promise I will stay permanently though..'' he trailed off then lifted his head. ''As soon as your parents give me their consent of course.'' he added, flicking his tail. Beleram shook his coat and shivered slightly at the cool breeze that had picked up around them.

"please daddy? Can he stay?" She asked as she looked at her parents with big, sad, "puppy" eyes. She smiled when they both gave a nod,smiling. "I'm glad you will stay, even if its just for a while. You're the first friend ice ever had, I don't want to lose you." She said as she smiled at Beleram.

Shaman watched them, with a smile on his face. He perked his ears as a cold breeze swept over his fur and looked to the now darkened sky. A storm was coming, hopefully it would pass around them. He nuzzled Lucia as she stood closer to him, her brown pelt striking in contrast to his almost pure white pelt.

Caelan flicked his tail, debating to use it as a bat on Kunjos head. Kunjo was stronger but he was faster, tough choice. "You would be bored to death, I'm the most fun. Obviously," the colt winked at Azuri "A lot more fun then him anyway." His tail casually batted Kunjo over the head, Caelan turned and cantered away "come on, pranking time!"

She smiled as Caelan cantered off, ignoring both of the colts playful winks. She picked up speed and cantered after him. "i bet" she teased Caelan back about him being more fun, a hint of sarcasm to here voice " now prove it" she said cheerfully egging him on. looking over her shoulder she remarked to Kunjo "Lets go slow poke, or i'm taking your spot" and stuck her tongue out playfully, tossing her mane as well. turning her dazzling blue eyes back to Caelan and following him towards the victim of their prank.

Beleram lowered his head, keeping his ears perked towards Shaman and Lucia. When he heard their acceptance of him, Beleram lifted his head. ''Did I hear that right Nizhoni? I can...stay?'' Beleram asked a little confused and surprised. He walked slowly up to the two parents and shared a small grin. ''Thank you. It's good to know I'm wanted from someequids'' he said bobbing his head. Beleram turned his head to look at Nizhoni again. ''Perhaps it's better if you lay down and rest. Just until the wound scabs over. No use in treading around with an open wound.'' he suggested, looking at her parents for backup in his advice.

Nizhoni nodded and slightly limped over to a rocky outcropping near the edge of the meadow and laid down. Her golden-brown eyes on Beleram as she soon drifted off into a light sleep. Her white plum twitched every so often as she dreamed. Once, she even sneezed.

Shaman walked up to Beleram in a friendly manner. "You are welcome here and please, stay as long as you like." He said as he looked at the colt with his emerald eyes. The breeze which had been so light now was growing stronger by the minute. "Hopefully this storm will pass over instead of hitting here. It has a tendency of lighting striking around here. So please be careful." He said as he then walked off to join keep Lucia from planning another prank.

Beleram looked up at the darkening sky listening intently to Shaman's words. ''I'm aware, I heard that it was already raining pretty bad on the other side of the mountain. It's going to be bad if it stays here.'' Beleram nodded and flicked his tail. He looked around the meadow boredly then lowered his head to nipped at some grass hungrily; he hadn't eaten in a few hours. The yearling lifted his head and flicked one long ear towards Nizhoni, hearing her sneeze. He contemplated whether he should wake her up but figured it was easier to just let her sleep. He looked in the other direction just in time to watch Shaman trail off after his mate so Beleram was left to stand there by himself. Softing snorting he walked over in the direction of the sleeping filly and stood there a few feet away, so he wouldn't wake her up nor have to be alone.
