"Patrols should be heading out soon, but we could use some fresh warriors. If you want, go ahead and join one. It'll give you a chance to meet some more of our warriors," Stormwatcher suggested. "And once they're back from patrol, we might need cats to find some herbs, perhaps Flowertail would appreciate the help." Stormwatcher was proud of his clan, and he wanted them to be as strong as possible. He watched Hollowtail, thinking it seemed like he had a good head on his shoulders. The tom looked to be young, but he appeared to be smart and sensible.

Brightshadow / (Morningglory, mentioning Darkpaw)
With a small nod, Brightshadow stood, ready to follow Morningglory, she watched Lightpaw bound after her apprentice. "He misunderstood me." She meowed with a small sigh "I did not mean for him to be upset by my words." A flicker of pain crossed her face, for as prickly as she was Brightshadow had a soft spot for her apprentice. "Sometimes I forget that he's barely outgrown his kit fur, perhaps I'm too hard on him? Sometimes I believe Froststar is a fool for having made me a mentor. I cannot see what he sees in me for the life of me."

Marigoldsky nodded to Owlcry, then turned to her deputy. "Of course, we shall come on patrol with you." She dipped her head in respect. She stretched once more, shaking out the last of the cold dawn as the day warmed up. Her cream and white fur shone brightly under the sun. She felt a huge weight tumble off her shoulders; like she would be able to face the rest of the day with her fellow clanmates with the best of her ability. Marigoldsky purred, excited to set off into the icy terrain that had once drawn her into the territory and into her new life.

"Duly noted. I'll probably take the patrol, since I'd like to keep myself busy and meet new faces," Hollowtail said. "See you around," he said, exchanging a head nod with Stormwatcher before leaving.

Hollowtail wanted to go to the patrol as fast as possible, but his hungry brain told him otherwise. He stopped by the fresh-kill pile, and after making sure the elders and kits nearby had gotten their food, he grabbed a squirrel and ate it. His stomach full, he headed to the patrol.
Until he realized he had no clue where the patrol was. And he didn't want to go bother Stormwatcher again. So he went over to what looked like the medicine cave, and went to consult the medicine cat, Silverflock.
As he walked into the medicine cave, occupied by thinking about how to ask where the patrol was without sounding too needy, he walked right into Silverflock, absolutely giving both of their foreheads bruises.
"Oh no, I'm so sorry!!" Hollowtail said to the dazed cat. Ohhhhh, my goodness, what have you done.. he thought. Did I kill him? a stupider part of his brain murmured.

Froststar nodded, getting to his paws and stretching. "Alright let's go." He mewed. "I'll see you later Asterwillow." He purred, giving his deputy a friendly nudge to his shoulder, before leading his patrol out of camp and into their snow covered territory.

Snowspots followed the other molly as she talked to Asterwillow. She smiled happily when he said she could go with Flowertail. "I'm glad to." She purred. "Im glad to help and I enjoy your company too." She mewed as they headed out of camp.


Owlcry/20 moons/Tom/Warrior/Marigoldsky, Asterwillow

Owlcry smiled and nodded. "The clan can always use more prey. The weather has been nice lately but I fear it might not stay that way with how those winds sounded last night." He mewed.


Blazerunner/24 moons/Tom/Warrior/Hawkpaw, Darkviper, Thunderstrike, Wolfpaw and Laburnumpaw

Blazerunner just shook his head and gave Hawkpaw an affectionate nudge to her shoulder. "My so much energy." He mewed. "I'll go ask them now." He said, padding over to Darkviper and Thunderstrike. "Goodmorning you two. I see your Apprentices have gotten to you as well." He purred. "It seems they've all decided what we're doing today. I have no problems with it." He said, giving Wolfpaw and Laburnumpaw a kind smile.

Hollowbreeze quietly followed the other two cats back to their leader and deputy. She nodded as they headed out, staying at the back of the patrol and listening for any danger.

Darkpaw watched his sibling pad away as he tried to get the most from his long fur, but it was proving to be harder than he thought. "Oh fox dung." He mewed in annoyance.

Lightpaw padded out of the Apprentice den and back over to their mentors. "He'll be out in a bit. He got some moss in his fur he's trying to get out." She purred in amusement.

Wolfpaw nodded, sitting up and grooming his chest
"I hope so. It'd be good training and teamwork for us!" He purred loudly.

Thunderstrike glanced up to see Darkviper come out of the warriors den. "Goodmorning Darkviper." He said, his voice deep and kind. "Did you sleep well? Those winds last night where rather harsh and loud." He said, sitting up and moving over so the other tom could sit in the sunlight with him. He turned to glance at Wolfpaw. "Goodmorning Wolfpaw." He dipped his head to Blazerunner. He chuckled softly. "I don't see a problem with it."

Raven sat down, curling his tail around his paws. "Well Frostclan takes in loners, rogues and kittypets who get lost or just want a place to stay so hurting an outsider is usually not allowed." He said, glancing at the she cat. "Oh yes there's quite a few that us warriors use." He said with a purr. "So forgive me my name is Raven." He said, bowing his head to her.


Crowstalk/30 moons/Tom/Warrior/Open

Crowstalk limped into the warriors den, making his way into his nest. He gingerly curled up, his tail covering his face. It didn'ttake long for the dark furred tom to be sound asleep.

The huge quiet tom was sitting off in the shadows close by to where Brightshadow and Morningglory were talking and couldn't help but overhear. "Froststar knows what he's doing." His deep voice mewed. "Youre strong, brave, loyal and kind. He chose you for a reason. No one ever said training Apprentices would be easy but we've got each other for help and comfort. When I first trained my Apprentice I was beyond lost and confusedas to why Froststar chose me, but he saw what I couldn'tand now my Apprenticeis a strong Warrior." He mewed, before shaking his head. "Was a strong warrior." He said softly. He shook his head. "Ah I'm so sorry to interrupt."


Reaper/37 moons/Tom/Loner/Open

Reaper was hiding in the bushes by the camp entrance. He waited for a few cars to go by before he just strolled right into Frostclan camp, no fear to be seen on the large black tom. He looked around the camp and smiled. 'So this is what those kittypets where going on about' He thought to himself.


Ice/20 moons/She Cat/Loner/Bonestorm

Ice padded through the snow, a big, plump bird in her jaws. She just wanted to get back to her den before the Frostclan cats found out she was hunting on their territory. Little did the albino she cat know was right above her was a Frostclan cat, Bonestorm.



Misery/13 moons/Tom/Loner/Open

Misery didn't know how long he'd been running for. His paws hurt, muscles ached and lungs burned. All he knew his he had to keep going. But he didn't even know where he was anymore. The small tom slowly came to a stop, looking around the snow covered forest. He needed a place to rest, so he dug under a small bush and curled up, his small body trembling.

Flowertail walked side by side with Snowspots, heading to a spot she knew she could find juniper berries. Flowertail found particular joy in watching romance blossom between her clanmates, and enjoyed sticking her nose in their business even more. "Hollowbreeze sure is pretty..."

Hawkpaw squeaked with excitement as Thunderstrike gave his assent to the plan. "Yes yes yes yes! Darkviper, you have to say yes! This is gonna be the best training session ever!" She danced around as she spoke to the older warrior, then crouched and batted her paws at Wolfpaw's tail.

Bumblefoot padded behind Froststar, ears pricked as they moved through the territory. It was not uncommon to come across a loner who braved crossing their borders, and if they didn't want to join the clan they needed to be chased off. Their territory couldn't support any cats who weren't contributing to the clan.

He nodded to Froststar and watched the two she-cats leave, before looking at Stormwatcher there "we will leave soon, I just go to say something to Stormwatcher, and then we're ready to go" he meowed to Marigoldsky and Owlcry. He padded over to the third in command and Hollowtail "Morning Stormwatcher, me and Froststar are doing the morning patrol so if you could stay to look after the camp as we're out?" he meowed to him, with a gentle nod of greetings to Hollowtail as well.

The white tom was watching the conversation between his clanmate and the loner she-cat in the distance before saw another one walking under the branch he was being at 'another one? Why there is too many of them? is our border patrol forgotten to mark the borders?' he thought to himself. His eyes followed the she-cat with the bird a huge smirk came to his face as he noticed a pile of snow still at the top of the branch 'hmm, and you think you can steal on our lands without consequences?' he thought waiting for the she-cat to walk into the right spot and then hit the branch so hard that the pile of snow got to fall down toward the unaware loner under the tree.

She looked at Brightshadow "I don't think any of us are really born to be great mentors, we just need to teach the younger ones what we know and they will eventually find their own ways after learning the basics" she meowed to her. She looked at Nightslash there for a moment "Froststar think good for anyone, and you're a great mentor Brightshadow, don't worry about that" she meowed to her turning to Lightpaw "Moss? uh okay, let's go to the others, I think they're waiting for us already" she meowed to all of them "see you later Nightslash" she meowed to the tom approving them out of nowhere.

She smiled at her mentor who agreed with their plans now they only needed the Darkpaw and Lightpaw's mentors' words to agree on it. Darkviper was not really said anything yet either which made her wonder what took him so long to say what he thought about it or if was he maybe against it.

Creamflower smiles and shakes her head, not bothered at all by the questions. "Well," she said. "My mate was a loner actually. His name was Sebastian. We would meet each other in secret for moons until one day he told me that he had to leave, but he sounded hurt when he told me the news. That was when I found out I was pregnant with our kits." She closes her eyes as she remembers that hurtful day.

He raised an eyebrow as his energetic apprentice came galloping over, dragging half a squirrel in her jaws. “Once again your eyes have proven to be larger then your stomach.” He commented dryly. He looked at the squirrel, a moment ago he hadn’t been hungry but looking at it he felt something in his stomach come to life. “Ok.” He sighed. “I’ll share it will you, if only to spare you the stomach ache you’d get if you tried to finish it yourself.” Silverflock sat down and took a bite, “Now Firecrackerpaw, say a young apprentice did eat to much and needed to settle their stomach, what would you do?” The making of a grin began to creep at the corner of his muzzel they way it always did when he found a way to add a quiz into the conversation, it was good to keep the apprentices on their toes. He turned to see if any of the herbs behind him would give the answer away when he felt his head collide with something and he stumbled backwards, spitting out a string of half remembered kitty pet curses. He steadied himself, taking a moment to catch his breath and let the shock of the impact wear off, though he suspected the headache would linger. “I’m fine.” He meowed, his voice a little shakey. Silverflock turned to look at his assailant, it was another grayish silver cat like himself, Hollow something? “Do you have a reason for coming in here, or is this some kind of juvenile dare to see who can make the medicine cat see stars?” He asked, his tone very unamused.

Hollowtail got up, recovering from his shock as quick as he could. "I am so sorry. I didn't meant to hurt you at all, I don't know anyone here... oh, uh, right! I'm Hollowtail. I'm sorry again!" Hollowtail said, wanting to help the dizzy tom up but not wanting to make him angry.
"I was, hoping to ask where the patrol was? You probably don't know me, I just recently joined Frostclan..." he said. "But, if you don't really want to see me, I understand. Should I leave?" Hollowtail said worriedly. He didn't really want to leave, since he'd have to find someone else to ask or he'd have to wander around the camp. But considering the glare Silverflock was giving him, he probably was going to anyway.
