Peachpetal shivered excitedly when he referred to her as "great hunter", and nodded happily "Sir yes sir!" she giggled as she made a silly voice when saying that line, mocking herself to an extent before happily trotting in the direction of Owlfeather, who was close enough to her and seemed to have her attention this way anyways. "Owlfeather!" she mused as she got closer to the she-cat, "Care to go on a hunt? I'm headed to see GoldenViper as well" she mused, ensuring there'd be no surprises as to who else was coming. The she-cat swayed on her feer as she spoke, vibrant and cheery as always. She hoped her good vibes were contagious.

Badgerjaw smiled as he listened to the she-cat's story. "Really? That sounds really lonesome. Thankfully, in StarClan, every cat gets to be with their family again. I'm sure it's not so lonely." The tom giggled as he watched her bat the prey, and then nodded. "Of course, Briarpaw. You need some practice anyway. Maybe you should see if any apprentices and their mentors want to go with us? It'd be nice to have some company so we can also learn from the others."

He flicked his tail as he gave a look around the camp "So how's your morning so far?" he asked.

She sat near the warrior's den and cleared her white pelt, peeping around the camp too. She didn't like early awakenings, but today she didn't really get any more sleep for some reason.

She nodded to Flamefoot "I will..." she meowed watching as the medicine cat left to talk with the queen. She turned to look at the fresh-kill pile, where was till some prey left, and wondered if she could actually eat one, she will be all up next night anyway so maybe it didn't really matter to eat now. .

Mothstar sits and licks a paw "I am doing well, Flamefoot has expressed some concerns about contact with Starclan so that's a little bit of a worry. But apart from that it's been a fine morning. How about you?" she asks softly, ensuring no cats around hear her mention her concerns as to not cause a panic.

Sootstorm takes his final bite of the rabbit and swallows quickly "Well I'll leave you to it. Enjoy your day." he nods to the two cats and shuffles away to the camp entrance, lying down in his usual spot in the sun.

Cloudfur huffed a little as they paced around a clan territory. They weren't sure if this clan was friendly towards outsiders, but since they hadn't attacked them they supposed they were friendly enough... or just hadn't heard their pawsteps though the latter seemed unlikely.

Cloudfur looked around; if they were to attempt to join the clan then they needed a present to present to the leader and they needed to look presentable. It wouldn't do to look unkempt. Cloudfur padded up to a stream to make sure they looked presentable when they saw a few fish swimming about.

This was it! Cloudfur could present a fish to the clan! They purred happily to themself before they quietly settled into their hunting pose ready to strike.

Cloudfur made sure to grab a big, fat fish before prowling the edge of the territory with it clenched tightly in between their jaws baring it as a small present.

Owlfeather perked her ears towards her clanmate, and purred gently. "absolutely, I was just about to head out anyways," She enthused delightfully. Owlfeather liked to keep to herself, but would always welcome a conversation with a fellow member of her Clan. She got up and stretched, and proceeded to scan her surroundings for other cats to take. " will it be just us three? I can ask to see if any other cat is willing to come. I'm sure we could use more fresh- kill." She nods her head towards the pile. "Maybe Badgerjaw and Briarpaw?"
Although she had hoped Condorflurry would ask her to go on a patrol, she was determined to get some insight into her plight. Peachpetal was a beloved member of her clan and always considered her a close friend.

Briarpaw quickly wolfed down the rest of her meal, and cleaned her paws. "I'm glad we have Starclan, I couldn't imagine not ever having others around me." As she finished cleaning herself, she bounced up and flicked her tail. "Alright! I'll go see if anyone wants to join." As she looks around, Briarpaw notices the two warrior she-cats over by the entrance, and figured she'd go ask them. Bounding over, she mews excitedly. "Peachpetal, Owlfeather! Badgerjaw and I were going to hunt, want to come?"

Cloudfur saw a black and white tom enter the clan, so they silently followed the tom from a safe distance hoping they would go undetected.

Cloudfur followed the tom until he had stopped at a stump and decided then, and only then, to attempt at a conversation.

"Hermph" Cloudfur started forgetting they had a fish in their mouth. Cloudfur set the fish in front of them with a light crimson dust crossing their cheeks.

"S-sorry. Umm is the clan leader around? I have a question I'd like to ask and I have an offering for the clan." Cloudfur said motioning to the fish.

"Oh, I suppose I should introduce myself; I'm Cloudfur." They mumbled.

Flamefoot smiled and sat as she answered his long fluffy tail around his front paws. "Soon enough you'll feel like a scratching post for those kits. They should be kicking more in a few sunrises." As he spoke the herbs he'd need for her kitting ran through his mind like a check list. "I think the camp has been needing to hear the sound of new kits." He meowed. Everytime the nursery was empty the whole camp felt strangely hollow.

He flicked his ears as the she-cat spoke up, especially at the Starclan part "Hmm? Starclan huh? Oh I see I hope it's nothing bad..." he spoke up with a sight. He then shooked his head "I am doing fine, will gather some cats for a border patrol...if you don't want to join or lead one?" he asked the she-cat.

She knew that apprentice was not supposed to eat before the queen, elders, or before doing some hunting, but now she had a reason to eat and agreement from both leader and medicine cat too. She ignored the other cats and started to eat the shrew.
