falconblaze had hurt cats before, rouges who attacked her and once she even fought another apprentice. she smiled. she was taking a liking to this cat. "it's nice to see a new face around, even if you aren't part of the clan," she told him.

dapplebrair licked the four small bundles of fur that press against her belly. "they are beautiful," she said to him with a purr. two toms and two she-kits. one of the she-kits looked like her and one looked like smokeclaw. both of the toms looked more like smokeclaw but one had her eyes and one looked just like a mini smokeclaw.

speckledfur smiled. "that's good, dreams are always nice, they help you escape from the responsibility that you have when you wake up," he told her. willowstar would defiantly understand that.

She nodded, "I always thought I wasn't fit to be leader. When Ripplestar died I had no idea what to do." She admitted. The previous leader had lost her last life in an avalanche leaving Willowstar, Willowsplash at the time to take care of the clan.

"They all will make great warriors. I know it." Smokeclaw bent down to nuzzle the 'mini' Smokeclaw-looking kit back to his mother before the kit snagged Smokeclaw's nose with a claw. "Oof!" He gently picked the kit's claw off and set him beside Dapplebriar's belly. "That one's a fighter already!"

"You might as well." Mossfang closed his eyes as the wind ruffled his fur. "Starving warriors make useless bodies."

He purred at her offer. "It's ok, you work very hard. Do you want anything perhaps?" He asked as he got up and stretched, his gaze fixed on the fresh kill pile. "And you're right, we did do great today!" He purred as he sat down waiting for her choice of fresh kill.

Blueshadow shook her head, not feeling ready to settle down and eat yet."I think i'll tidy up the den a bit. I'll eat once a hunting patrol has returned with some prey."she knew prey was scarce in the mountains, but it seemed the clan had found ways to keep the fresh-kill pile well stocked.

"I suppose not many cats come around this area."Alexander knew this wasn't a ideal place to live, but he wasn't keen on being around a huge number of cats. He knew the clan would keep inside of their borders and not many others would be out here.

Fawnpaw

She slipped outside the camp carefully stepping through the deep snow drifts. Maybe she could find something to eat? The she-cat wandered through the snow nearing the border. She dipped her nose towards the ground to sniff her nostrils filing with snow. "Hmph." She shook her head quickly snow flying everywhere.

Silverpaw left the cave, her gaze scanning the wide landscape. In the sky there was a falcon, but it was like a small dot compared to the blue sky and she knew it wouldn't bother with her as it was so far away. She followed her sister's scent, finally finding her near the border."Hi Fawnpaw!"she greeted her sibling cheerfully."What are you up too?"

ravenwing laid around lazily as her paw recovered from a small scratch, after she 'fell' off of a small cliff... she'd be getting back to warrior duties soon, but right now, she felt useless. just because of that cliff.

Cloudpaw bounced over to where Ravenwing was, sitting by the warrior."You recovered yet?"he asked. Though to most he was a pain in the tail, he could actually be a really kind cat, caring deeply about his clan.

Thornpaw picked out a mouse from the measly fresh-kill pile. She looked around to see if anybody wanted to share it.
She noticed Mistpaw, but pinned her ears against her head. No, I shouldn't ask him. He'll probably say no. Instead, Thornpaw put the mouse back and sat down beside the apprentices' den, ignoring her rumbling belly.
