Thrushpelt padded alongside the elder's den, whisking his tail and sat down for the clan meeting beside Wishfur. He sat quietly and listened.

ForestPaw padded along to the fresh-kill pile and dropped a scrawny vole and a slightly limp squirrel onto the ground and sighed, looking at her measly catach. Oh, I do hope I can catch a bit more before all the prey goes into their burrows for night time she thought, before hearing her leader's voice interrupting her concerns. She turned and saw the cats gathered before their leader and hurried over to sit next to ShellPaw. The clan was talking about the borders with StreamClan.

ForestPaw purred "Yes, thanks! I just always seem to catch the rubbish prey..." her voice trailed off and she turned and gave a nervous and slightly mournful look at her shriveled catches on the fresh-kill pile.

She hung her head slightly but perked her ears up as an idea came to her. "My catch is bad, but I can try and do better? Do you want to go hunting? I'm sure my mentor would let me, and maybe some of the other apprentices could come?" She meowed, turning to look over at FallenPaw, Pebblepaw and the other apprentices, as well as a brisk glance at Storm.

(Anyone want to come for a mass-hunting expedition? Just an idea to get everyone moving.)

She purred and meowed "okay then.... Maybe we can just hang about by the lake? I wouldn't mind trying fishing...." She turned and looked around, before calling "Fallenpaw, want to try some fishing by the lake? I think Shellpaw and I are... Pebblepaw do you want to come too? What about you Duskpaw? And... Storm?"
