Pikefang flickered his ears to the sound of Leopardfur's yowl, but hardly listened to the words. He'd basically announced he'd be gone all day with battle training, so if anything, he'd probably be on an evening patrol. The muscular tom muffled another yawn, just in time to hear Pebblepaw's mew. Oh good. He's awake. The senior warrior's jade eyes locked on the den, and there was the little tom, peering out at him with those wide, hopeful eyes. The burmilia's lip twitched, forming a small smile; how could anyone not be happy with a such a cheerful apprentice around?
The senior stood, and beckoned the apprentice to follow him before slowly padding towards the camp entrance. We'll train outside of camp; more moss outside of the camp, more cushion, not to mention we might be able to snag some prey on the way back.

Batpaw was brooding. There he sat, at the entrance of the camp, atop a large rock in the shade. His glazed turquoise eyes were fixated on the entrance, and he was still save for the occasional swish of his tail. Lately, he had been having troublesome dreams. For as long as he could remember, he had been blind. Yet these dreams were of the outside world, and deep down in his heart, he knew it wasn't his imagination. The dreams always ended in a piercing yowl, claws flashing, and kit's cry and then nothing but darkness. He'd always awake, heart beating, nose twitching furiously; but nothing. It bothered him unduly, yet he didn't want to talk about it with anyone. At least not yet.
