He smiled at Frostwing before stopping her. "I would love to." He jumped up and stretched for a moment before turning back to frostwing withthat smile still on his face. "What are we sitting around here for then? Let's go patrol some borders!" He looked to her to go first.

"Yeah. It would be nice to have some male buddies." He was about to keep talking when he saw frostwing stop. He followed her movements and tasted the air. His eyes slitted at what he smelled. "Frost clan. Why is thier scent so far over the border?" He wondered outloud as his body tensed.

"I-I dont know.." Frostwing meowed as she stopped, they were still a few heartbeats from the border between them and Frost Clan. Her fur bristled, there was only one cat who would disobey rules just to gain power. Hawkfeather. With a shiver she meowed in the most serious deputy voice she could manage, "Thrushwhing, I dont ask for much, but if its Hawkfeather, i want you to run and warn the clan. We are so weak with lack of warriors right now, I dont want him to hurt everyone." She turned and looked where the strongest of the scent came from.. the reeds by the stream.
