Lotus smiled. "Your kits are cute, I wish I had some," Lotus sighed, knowing she left her kit die out in the forest.

Moonkit looked confused. "What do you mean? He likes me, right?" The kit squeaked.

Cream carefully nudged her kit to her paws, anxious. 'Are you OK?' Mint nodded. 'Yeah, I'm fine.'

Nettlefall padded into his den, checking the stocks

Savannah sat down, and said "The kits are fun, the mate? not so much" she growled the last part
Thrush walked over to Lotus and asked "What kind of Caracal are you? You look way different than mama and us"

Birch nuzzled Mint "Want to try again, or do you want to wait until later?" he asked
Skyheart snaked closer, and Stormpelt followed him

"Oh," Moonkit said, at least happy to know that.

"I'm not a Caracal, I'm a Tortoiseshell cat," Lotus smiled nicely to the kit. Honestly, she had no idea what a Caracal was.

Savannah leaned forwards and said to Thrush "Don't you remember what I told you? The only caracals that live near here are kept by two-legs, instead of wild caracals, servals, cheetahs and lions, they have cats, which are like small lions and cheetahs"
Thrush frowned "oh..."
Pine grinned, and batted Thrush on the head "Come on, we're finally outside, let's play while mamma talks to the cat" she pounced up, and landed again, before running to stand by Ice

Rainstar looked up at the sun "Skyheart's patrol should have been back by now" she murmured "I hope they haven't run into any trouble"

Moonkit started to worry. The way Rainstar said it made her scared, what if something bad had happened?

Lotus listened carefully. She still had no idea what a lion or a cheetah was. She fake smiled to the kits, remembering her history of being a kit.

Ice led the others, and they began to play a game that looked like a cross between Moss-ball, and tag
Savannah sat straight again "So Feather, I'm sorry about before, I thought you were one of those clan cats, or those other loners living a few fox lengths from here"

Lotus nodded. "I don't really fit good in a clan.." Lotus sighed, she knew she would never fit in even if she tried.
