Badgermask and Mudsplash charged after the larger lumbering beast and The she-cat ran in first, biting at he badger's back leg to draw it's attention to her as Badgermask leaped into the fray to scratch at a flank. The two watching the other creature carefully so they could try and jump out of the way if it swung around suddenly.

i pad out of my den yawning after Fishpaws rude awakening to be greeted by the angry face of a badger, i wake up instantly and swipe at it

Leafstorm
i come back from my early morning hunt, i was more of a night cat than the others so often went out at night to hunt, i found it sharpened my senses, a mouse was dangling from my jaws i see the badger and drop the mouse, my fur fluffing up in anger *how dare it invade my camp when i am away!* i think to myself and hiss

Reedfoot~

He slowly rises to his feet, shaking off the dirt from his fur. He winces as pain shoots up from his wounded flank, his fur bloodied and matted from the wound. He does a low like growl which bubbles in his throat, his tail lashing about madly. He pads over to Viperstar with a slight limp, making sure he didnt get hurt from his awkward landing. He turns his cold now greens eyes at the beast. “ it must have woken up since leaf-bare is coming to an end...!” he hissed.

Dovepool~

She slowly moves closer, her tail twitching. Suddenly jumping she bites the badgers tail, tearing her teeth in as she shakes her head and barely gets away before the snarling beast turns around, roaring a maddening cry.

[Karma.]

Viperstar watched dumbfounded - his paw was badly twisted. He hated it so much, that there was a threat to his clan and he could do nothing to help them, apart from watch them suffer. He padded on three legs and met Reedfoot halfway. They leant on each others flanks and helped each other back to camp. The badger seemed to see it wasn't wanted and was slowly but surely retreating.

Fishpaw yowled in the badgers face, making it take a couple of surprised steps back.

Badgermask looked down at Fishpaw, and since her way seemed to be working he helped, Yowling and caterwauling outloud for it to hear, baring his teeth and fluffing up his pelt. Mudsplash glanced to the leader and Reedfoot, they seemed injured, but alive and alright so she continued helping her clan mates drive the beast out.

i see what the others are doing and begin yowling from another direction, that badger looks confused as if it doesnt know which cat to attack

Reedfoot~

He leaned against his leader, and headed for the medicine den. Hoping Coldpaw got everything ready. “ Coldpaw...?”he meowed as they got closer. He glanced down at Viperstars paw, guessing either a twist or was pulled. He ignored his own for a moment and led his leader to the nest next to his inside the den. “ Rest here Viperstar... Coldpaw, we need poppy seeds for the pain, see if we have any comfery to prevent infection, dock as well.” He softly lick his leaders shoulder to comfort him, and turned around as he slowly padded over grabbing a moss ball and dipping into a small pool of water.

Dovepool~

She scrambled away hissing and yowling at the beast, baring her teeth. She jumped around with the others hoping to peck at it away from the camp.

The badger seemed to be regretting ever coming into the camp, and was making a sharp exit.

Viperstar watched Reedfoot closely. "Reedfoot, rest yourself. I'll be fine. Deal with your own wounds first." He stood up, slowly balancing on three legs. "I need to go check on the rest of the clan." He hobbled out to find his clan. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey stand..." He trailed off as he realised he probably couldn't jump up on the Highrock. "In front of me, for a clan meeting."

Coldpaw watched as Reedfoot helped Viperstar into the den, when he was asked he brought the requested herbs and placed them at the larger, older cat's paws before slipping away to look for comfery. He noticed that Viperstar had left but he still had jobs to be doing. He eventually found some of that too and brought it over to his mentor "I'll leave it with you just incase?" he suggested, looking over the medicine cat's wounds "Will you need cobwebs for those?" he asked. He knew he should wait and help the other cats in the clan first, but Reedfoot was his trusted mentor!

Mudsplash and Badgermask watched into the bushes as she badger retreated. When it was no longer insight they moved towards the leader and sat for a clan meeting.
