As she flew in the sky, looking for something to eat from above she noticed a blue dragon, its wings were nothing that she had seen before

Soul's Cyclone looked up, seeing another normal dragon lying in the sky. Unsure of how she would react to his strange feathered wings, Cyclone crouched lookin up at the sky before leaping up into the air. Flying up he hovered fairly close to where she was flying. "Hello," he spoke flapping powerfully.
